پیش بینی بهره وری نیروی انسانی براساس هوش معنوی،خوش بینی سازمانی و دیدگاه وظیفه گرایانه اخلاقی کانت

زمینه: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی، خوش بینی سازمانی و دیدگاه وظیفه گرایانه اخلاقی کانت بر روی بهره وری نیروی انسانی دبیران دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان همدان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بوده است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع هم بستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان همدان به تعداد 965 نفر (394 نفر مرد و571 نفر زن) می باشد، حجم نمونه آماری 278 آزمودنی (164 آزمودنی زن و114 آزمودنی مرد) بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی برآورد گردید. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل چهار پرسش نامه هوش معنوی، خوش بینی سرشتی، دیدگاه وظیفه گرایانه کانت و بهره وری نیروی انسانی می باشد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss و از طریق ضریب هم بستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه هم زمان تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و خوش بینی سازمانی، دیدگاه وظیفه گرایانه اخلاقی کانت با بهره وری نیروی انسانی دبیران دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان همدان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که مولفه های تفکر انتقادی وجودی، تولید معنی شخصی، آگاهی و توسعه حالت آگاهی و خلق خوش بینانه، مولفه های اخلاقی احترام به خود، به دیگران، طبقه خاصی از افراد، قدرت پیش بینی بهره وری نیروی انسانی دبیران دوره اول متوسطه را دارند.

Predicting the Productivity of Human Resources Based on Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Optimism and Kant's Ethical Conscientious View

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence, organizational optimism and Kant #39;s moral conscientious view on the productivity of first grade high school teachers in Hamadan in the academic year 20182019.Method: The method of this study is descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population includes all teachers of the first secondary school of Hamadan city with 965 people (394 males and 571 females). The statistical sample size is 278 subjects (164 female subjects and 114 male subjects) based on Krejcie and Morgan table and using the method. Relative stratified random sampling was estimated. Research tools include four questionnaires: spiritual intelligence, natural optimism, Kant #39;s conscientious view and human productivity. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS statistical software using Pearson correlation coefficient and simultaneous multiple regression analysis.Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational optimism, Kant #39;s conscientious moral view and the productivity of human resources of first grade high school teachers in Hamadan.Conclusion: The results indicate that the components of existential critical thinking, production of personal meaning, awareness and development of awareness and optimism, moral components of selfrespect, others, a certain class of people, professional power Manpower productivity nose is in the hands of junior high school teachers.
