ارائه مدل پارادایمی نهادینه سازی اخلاق حرفه ای در اعضای هیات علمی رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی

زمینه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل پارادایمی نهادینه سازی اخلاق حرفه ای در اعضای هیات علمی رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی بود.روش: روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد نظام مند نظریه داده بنیاد اشتراوس و کوربین می باشد. جامعه آماری اساتید و خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه اخلاق حرفه ای بودند که نمونه گیری پژوهش به روش هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی می باشد. ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اعتبار مصاحبه ها از دو روش ﻟﯿﻨﮑﻠﻦ و ﮔﻮﺑﺎ و همچنین شاخص پایایی بازآزمون بین کدگذاری ها در دو فاصله زمانی استفاده شد.یافته ها: مفاهیم شناسایی شده در قالب شش مقوله اصلی 1. شرایط علی (عوامل شخصیتی، عوامل فردی، عوامل علمی (دانشی) و عوامل اخلاقی)؛ 2. مقوله مرکزی (نهادینه سازی اخلاق حرفه ای)؛ 3. راهبردها (کیفی سازی ارتقاء، نظارت و کنترل بهینه، و فرآیند جذب)؛ 4. عوامل زمینه ای (ارتباط موثر، ویژگی های انگیزشی، تخصص گرایی، و ارزشیابی عادلانه)؛ 5. عوامل مداخله گر (عوامل سیاسی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی)؛ و 6. پیامدها (جلب اعتماد و احترام، تسری اخلاق، عملکرد بهینه، و ایجاد فرهنگ رقابت مثبت) دسته بندی و از ارتباط آنها مدل پارادایمی پژوهش ایجاد شد.نتیجه گیری: توجه به مضامین ارائه شده و پیاده سازی آنها می تواند موجب پیامدهای مثبتی از جمله عملکرد بهینه اعضای هیات علمی، تسری اخلاق در دانشکده های علوم ورزشی، جلب اعتماد متقابل بین دانشجویان و اساتید، و نهایتا ایجاد فرهنگ رقابت در فضایی مثبت و اخلاقی گردد.

The presentation of a Paradigm Model for Institutionalizing of Professional Ethics in Faculty Members of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

Background: The purpose of this study was to present a paradigm model of institutionalization of professional ethics in faculty members of physical education and sports sciences.Method: The present study was conducted by a qualitative method using a systematic approach of grounded theory (GT). The statistical population consisted of academic professors and experts in professional ethics; and sampling was performed by convenience and Snowball method. The validity of interviews was determined by a method by Lincoln Guba as well as using the reliability of testretest between codes at two time intervals.Results: The identified concepts were classified into the following six main categories and a paradigm model of research was created according to their association: 1) Causal conditions (personality, personal, scientific (knowledge) and ethical factors), 2) Central category (institutionalization of professional ethics), 3) Strategies (qualification of promotion, monitoring and evaluation, and attraction process), 4) Contextual factors (effective communication; motivational features; specialization; and fair evaluation), 5) Intervening factors (political, cultural and economic factors), 6) Consequences (building trust and gaining the respect; extension of ethics; optimal performance; and creation of a positive competition culture).Conclusion: The attention to the above subjects and their implementation can lead to positive consequences, including the faculty members #39; optimal performance, extension of ethics at sports science universities, building mutual trust between students and professors, and finally creation of a competition culture in a positive, ethical atmosphere.
