رابطه فساد اخلاقی و محیط کسب وکار با رشد و توسعه اقتصادی

زمینه: یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف اقتصادی کشورها، ایجاد شرایط لازم جهت ارتقاء توسعه اقتصادی مستمر و باثبات است. رفع بنیادی فساد، ترغیب آزادی اقتصادی و محیط کسب و کار در راستای انگیزه‌های عملی رشد و توسعه اقتصادی جز با پیوند روزافزون اخلاق اقتصادی میسر نخواهد شد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین فساد اخلاقی، محیط کسب و کار و شاخص های اقتصادی مربوطه با رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. شاخص های کلان اقتصادی نرخ رشد تشکیل سرمایه ثابت، تورم ، فساد، محیط کسب و کار، نرخ رشد جمعیت، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی و شاخص رشد اقتصادی هستند و کشورهای گروه d8 به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شده اند که سال های 2017-2000 به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری داده های بانک جهانی، موسسه فریزر و هریتچ و موسسه بین المللی شفافیت بود. جهت آزمون نیز از روش آماری pooled data با استفاده از نرم افزار استاتا استفاده شده است.یافته ها: برازش مدل تحقیق که در برگیرنده یک فرضیه اصلی بود مورد تایید قرار گرفت. اخلاق، محیط کسب و کار و مولفه های اقتصادی رابطه معناداری با رشد و توسعه یافتگی دارند و در طی زمان رابطه بلندمدت تایید می شود.نتیجه گیری: طبق تخمین مشخص شد تمامی متغیرها در سطح پایدار می باشند و رشد اقتصادی با نرخ رشد جمعیت، نرخ رشد تشکیل سرمایه ثابت، سرمایه گذاری خارجی و محیط کسب و کار رابطه مثبت و معنادار و با فساد اخلاقی و تورم، رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد.

Relationship between Moral corruption and the Business Environment on the Economic Growth and Economic Development

Background: One of the most important economic goals of countries is to create the conditions necessary for promoting sustainable and sustainable economic development. The fundamental elimination of corruption, the promotion of economic freedom and the business environment in line with the practical incentives for economic growth and development will only be possible with the evergrowing link of economic ethics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between moral corruption, business environment and related economic indicators with economic growth and development.Method: The research method is applied and correlational. Macroeconomic indicators are growth rate of fixed capital formation, inflation, corruption, business environment, population growth rate, foreign direct investment and economic growth index and D8 countries are selected as the statistical population for 20002017 were selected as the research sample. The data were measured by the World Bank, the Freezer and Heritage Institute, and the International Transparency Institute. Pooled data statistical test was performed using Stata software.Results: The fitting of the research model, which included a major hypothesis, was confirmed. Ethics, business environment, and economic components have a significant relationship with growth and development, and over time, the longterm relationship is confirmed.Conclusion: According to the estimation, all variables are stable, and economic growth has a positive and significant relationship with population growth rate, growth rate of fixed capital formation, foreign investment and business environment and has a negative and significant relationship with moral corruption and inflation.
