تحلیل کانونی رابطه بین مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای و ابعاد مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی

زمینه: امروزه اخلاق حرفه ای و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی نقش بسیار مهمی را در سازمان ها ایفا می کنند . هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کانونی رابطه بین مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای و ابعاد مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در بین دبیران مقطع اول متوسطه شهرستان نقده بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها، از نوع همبستگی بنیادی یا کانونی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه‌ی دبیران مقطع اول متوسطه شهرستان نقده بودند. حجم جامعه‌ی آماری 235 نفر است که تعداد 90 نفر آنها از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند . داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی جمع آوری و به وسیله نرم افزار spss و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ماتریس همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل همبستگی کانونی فرضیه ی پژوهشی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: رابطه متغیر کانونی اخلاق حرفه ای با متغیر کانونی مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی 0.67 می باشد. شاخص لامبدای ویکلز برای این ارتباط 0.34 بدست آمد که آماره f مربوط به آن نیز 11.34 می باشد که در سطح 0.001 معنی دار است. بنابراین این دو مجموعه ارتباط معنی داری با یکدیگر دارند. هم چنین 0.34 واریانس بین ابعاد مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی با مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای تبیین می شود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، تحلیل همبستگی کانونی با 99 درصد احتمال وجود همبستگی بین دو مجموعه مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای با ابعاد مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی را تایید می کند.

Canonical Analysis of the Relationship between Components of Professional Ethics and Dimensions of ‎Social Responsibility‌ ‌

Background: Today, professional ethics and social responsibility play an important role in organizations. This study aimed canonical analysis of the relationship between components of professional ethics and social responsibility dimensions among the first high school teachers in the Naghadeh province. Method: This study, in terms of purpose is application, and in terms of data collection is canonical correlation. The population included all of the first high school teachers in the naghadeh province. The population consisted of 235 teachers, that 90 cases were selected through random sampling. The Data were gathered by two standard questionnaires; professional ethics and social responsibility. Data were also analyzed by SPSS software through Pearson #39;s correlation matrix and canonical correlation analysis. Results: The results showed that the correlation between professional ethics and social responsibility is 0/67. Wilks Lambda index for this connection was 0/34. The statistical F of this correlation was 11/34, which is also significant in 0/001. Therefore, these two sets have significant relationships with each other. Also, 0/34 percentage variance that founded between the social responsibility and components of professional ethics is explained. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, canonical correlation analysis showed significant correlation between two sets of components of professional ethics and social responsibility.
