طراحی پرسشنامه اخلاق در پژوهش

زمینه : توجه به اهمیت رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای اعضای هیئت علمی در پژوهش ها تصویر روشن تری از چگونگی فعالیتها را به جامعه علمی ارائه می دهد. لذا با توجه به ضرورت این مساله، مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه ای پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه تمام دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی موسسات غیرانتفاعی غرب شهر تهران شامل 618 نفر می باشد و نمونه آماری به تعداد 264 نفر با استفاده از نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انجام پذیرفته است . ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. جهت تجزیه و تلیل یافته ها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده شد. همچنین جهت بررسی پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ و به منظور تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss و amos نسخه 22 استفاده گردید.یافته ها : نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان دهنده شش عامل برابر 64.17% واریانس تبیین شده است که این عوامل با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد تصدیق قرار گرفت (rmsea=0/045، cfi 0/95، tli=0/95، ifi=0/95، pgfi=0/84، pnfi= 0/78). پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با روش آلفای کرونباخ برابر 0.84 گزارش گردید.نتیجه گیری : می توان از این پرسشنامه به عنوان ابزاری روا و پایا در اندازه گیری رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه استفاده نمود.

Providing an Ethical Questionnaire in Research

Background: Concerning the significance of professional ethics compliance for the members of the faculty in research and in order for the research demonstrate a more explicit picture about the activities done for the scientific community. Therefore, the current study has been aimed to devise the professional research ethics questionnaire of university faculty members.Method: This research is a descriptive survey. The statistical population consists of higher education students of nongovernmental and nonprofit institutions in west of Tehran, and the statistical sample was calculated to be 237 using the Cochran rsquo;s formula which ultimately led to distribution of questionnaires among 264 individuals. Researcher made questionnaire was used for gathering data. Also, Cronbach #39;s alpha method was used to calculate reliability and analysis of data was conducted using SPSS 22 as well as Amos Software.Results: The obtained samples consist of 99 men (37/5%) and 165 women (62/5%). The results of exploratory factor show 6 factors (var=64/17) which these factors were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. (RMSEA=0/045، CFI=0/95، TLI=0.95، IFI=0/95، PGFI=0/84، PNFI= 0/78). The total Cronbach #39;s alpha value for this questionnaire was 0/84.Conclusion: The questionnaire can be used as a valid and reliable instrument to measure compliance with professional research ethics by faculty member of universities
