اخلاق در پژوهش: اعتباریابی مدل عوامل موثر بر سوءرفتار پژوهشی در تحقیقات علوم پزشکی ایران

زمینه: دست یافتن به مدلی جامع از روابط تاییدشده و بر اساس داده های واقعی آزمون شده، می‌‌تواند به درک و تبیین بهتر عوامل زمینه ساز سوءرفتار پژوهشی کمک کند. هدف این پژوهش، اعتباریابی مدل عوامل موثر بر سوءرفتار پژوهشی در تحقیقات علوم پزشکی ایران است.روش: این یک پژوهش توصیفیهمبستگی است. جامعه آماری را مدیران پژوهشی و اجرائی، اعضاء و کارشناسان کمیته‌‌های اخلاق در پژوهش، کارشناسان پژوهشی، سردبیران مجله‌‌های علوم پزشکی، اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان در دانشگاه ها و مراکز علوم پزشکی و وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی ایران تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس، تعداد 264 نفر به پرسشنامه های ساخته شده از مدل پژوهش پاسخ دادند. داده ها در قالب روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری و توسط نرم افزار amos تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج الگوی اندازه گیری نشان دادند که ساختار سیزده عاملی این مدل از نظر شاخص های نیکویی برازش دارای برازندگی قابل قبولی هستند. نتایج همه شاخص‌های مربوط به برازش الگوی ساختاری نشان دادند مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. از 22 رابطه نظری میان عوامل موثر بر سوءرفتار پژوهشی درون مدل، 14 رابطه تایید شدند.نتیجه گیری: مدل پیشنهادی از تبیین قابل قبولی برای روابط میان عوامل موثر بر سوءرفتار پژوهشی برخوردار است و می تواند تاثیرات میان عوامل موجود در سطوح کلان، میانی و خرد نظام های پژوهش را رصد کند.

Research Ethics: Validation of A Model for Factors Affecting Research Misconduct in Iranian Medical Research

Background: Designing a comprehensive model for verified relationships based on the actual tested data can help to better understand and explain the factors affecting research misconduct. The purpose of this study is to validate the model for factors affecting research misconduct in Iranian medical research.Method: This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population consisted of research and executive directors, members and experts of research ethics committees, research experts, medical journals editors, faculty members, students in medical science universities, centers and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran. Using convenience sampling, 264 people answered the questionnaires developed from the research model. Data were analyzed by the Structural Equation Modeling method and AMOS software.Results: The results of the Measurement Model showed that the thirteenfactor structure of this model has an acceptable fit in terms of goodnessoffit indices. The results of all indicators related to the Structural Equation Analysis showed that the model has good fit. Of 22 theoretical relationships between the factors affecting research misconduct, 14 relationships were confirmed.Conclusion: The proposed model is fit for explaining the relationships between the factors affecting research misconduct and can observe the interplay between existing factors and activities at macro, meso and micro levels of research systems.
