رابطه خود تنظیمی تحصیلی و هوش اخلاقی با پیشرفت تحصیلی

زمینه: یکی از وظایف مهم‌ مدارس، تشویق نوجوانان به مشارکت و تعاون در همه امور است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطه بین خود تنظیمی تحصیلی و هوش اخلاقی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان انجام شده است.روش: تحقیق از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانش آموزان شهرستان گیلانغرب بودند؛ 110 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه خود تنظیمی تحصیلی ریان و کونیل و هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین خود تنطیمی و ابعاد آن با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین بین هوش اخلاقی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/05 ). نتیجه گیری: دبیران می توانند با ایجاد جو سرشار از همکاری و مساعدت در میان دانش آموزان در پیشرفت تحصیلی آنان نقش موثری داشته باشند.

Relationship between Educational Self-Regulation & Moral Intelligence with Academic Achievement

Background: One of the important tasks of schools is encouraging young people to participate and cooperate in all matters. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the school environment and moral intelligence with student achievement from perspective of physical education teachers.Methods: This is correlationdescriptive research. Population of this study includes all students in Gilangharb city, of which 110 participants were selected through multistage cluster sampling method. Data were gathered through educational self regulation questionnaire by Ryan and Connell.Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between selfregulation and its dimensions with students #39; academic achievement. There is also a significant relationship between moral intelligence and students #39; academic achievement. (P<0.05).Conclusion: Teachers can play an effective role in their academic achievement by creating an atmosphere full of cooperation and assistance among students.
