عوامل پیش‌بینی کننده حساسیت اخلاقی در معلمان ابتدایی شهرسنندج

زمینه: اولین بعد برای رعایت عمل اخلاقی، حساسیت اخلاقی است. اندیشه و رفتار اخلاقی فرد در ارتباط‌های اجتماعی خود با دیگر انسان‌هایی که با او سروکار دارند در این قلمرو می‌گنجد. این تحقیق به بررسی عوامل پیش‌بینی‌کننده حساسیت اخلاقی در معلمان پرداخته است.روش: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی در جامعه آماری معلمان ابتدایی شهر سنندج انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش 285 نفر (206 زن و 79 مرد) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌اینسبتی انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه در سه مقیاس حساسیت اخلاقی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و معنای زندگی جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های رگرسیون چند متغیره انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که متغیر‌های معنای زندگی و بهزیستی، حساسیت اخلاقی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند و در میان مولفه‌های معنای زندگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی، مولفه جستجوی‌معنا، خویشتن‌پذیری، استقلال و تسلط بر محیط رابطه‌ معنی‌دار با حساسیت اخلاقی دارند. نتیجه گیری: در فرایند گزینش و استخدام معلمان باید متغیرهای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و معنای زندگی و حساسیت اخلاقی مدنظر قرار گیرد و همچنین در دوره‌های ضمن خدمت به تقویت و توسعه‌ این متغیرها پرداخته شود.

Predictive Factors of Ethical Sensitivity in Elementary Teachers in Sanandaj

Background: Moral sensitivity is the first component of doing an ethical action. In fact, moral behavior of people in the context of social communications generally underlies in the realm of moral sensitivity. This research examines the predictors of moral sensitivity in teachers.Method: This research was a descriptivecorrelational study in the population of elementary school teachers in Sanandaj city. The sample consisted of 285 people (206 women and 79 men) selected by stratifiedstratified sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire in three dimensions: moral sensitivity, psychological wellbeing and meaning of life. Data analysis was performed using multivariate regression tests.Results: The findings showed that variables of meaning of life and psychological wellbeing could predict moral sensitivity. Among components of the meaning of life and psychological wellbeing, the components of meaning search, selfacceptance, independence and environmental mastery have a significant relationship with moral sensitivity. Environmental mastery had the highest predictive power and the component of independence was the weakest predictor.Conclusion: In the process of selection and recruitment of teachers, the variables of psychological wellbeing and meaning of life and moral sensitivity should be considered, also in inservice training courses these variables should be strengthened and developed.
