تحلیل تشخیص رفتار سازگار و مجاز اخلاقی بر حسب هویت اخلاقی و هوش اخلاقی

زمینه: برخی افراد پس از انجام اولین رفتار غیراخلاقی، به انجام مجدد چنین رفتاری سازگار شده و به راحتی مرتکب رفتارهای غیراخلاقی بزرگتر بعدی می شوند. از طرفی برخی دیگر رفتار مجاز داشته و بعد از انجام اولین رفتار غیراخلاقی، پشیمان شده و در پی جبران رفتار غیراخلاقی خود بر می آیند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی نقش هویت و هوش اخلاقی در بروز رفتار سازگار و مجاز اخلاقی است. روش: روش اجرای تحقیق حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی است. این پژوهش شامل دو تحقیق جداگانه در حرفه حسابداری و حرفه حسابرسی است. جامعه آماری در حرفه حسابداری، دانشجویان حسابداری دانشکده اقتصاد و مدیریت واحد علوم تحقیقات تهران با نمونه آماری 242 نفر و در حرفه حسابرسی، حسابرسان دیوان محاسبات کشور با نمونه آماری 217 نفر و نمونه گیری در هر دو تحقیق به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شده است. داده های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده و با روش تحلیل تشخیص همزمان و گام به گام و با نرم افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهد افراد با هویت و هوش اخلاقی بالاتر، در صورت انجام رفتار غیراخلاقی پشیمان شده و انجام رفتارهای غیراخلاقی بعدی خود را متوقف یا محدود می نمایند.نتیجه گیری: هویت و هوش اخلاقی در بروز رفتار سازگار یا مجاز اخلاقی نقش دارند. سازمان ها می توانند از ویژگی های شخصیتی در گزینش نیروهای خود بویژه در پستهای حساس مالی و نظارتی بهره گیرند.

Discriminant Analysis of Adaptive Behavior and Authorized Behavior Based on Ethical Identity and Ethical Intelligence

Background: Some people, after doing the initial unethical behavior, become consistent with such behavior and easily commit further unethical behaviors. On the other hand, others regret after the first unethical behavior, and seek to compensate for their unethical behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of identity and ethical intelligence in the incidence of adaptive and authorized behavior.Method: The method of this research is descriptive survey. This research consists of two separate studies in the accounting profession and audit profession. The statistical society in the accounting profession includes accounting students of the faculty of economics and management of Tehran Science Research Branch with a sample of 242 people and in the audit profession includes auditors of supreme audit court of Iran with a statistical sample of 217 people and sampling in both researches was conducted by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by simultaneous and stepbystep discriminant analysis with SPSS software.Results: Findings show individuals with higher ethical identity and intelligence end or curtail their unethical behaviors after initial unethical behavior.Conclusion: Identity and ethical intelligence play an important role in adaptive and authorized behavior. Organizations can use personality traits in employing their personnel, especially in sensitive financial and supervisory posts.
