نقش هوش معنوی و اخلاق حرفه ای بر تعلل ورزی شغلی معلمان

زمینه: توجه به کاهش تعلل ورزی معلمان و بهبود اخلاق حرفه ای آن ها از اهمیت ویژه ای در سازمان ها آموزشی برخوردار است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش هوش معنوی و اخلاق حرفه ای بر تعلل ورزی شغلی معلمان می باشد.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود که بر روی 183 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر قاین انجام گرفت. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد؛ هوش معنوی، اخلاق حرفه ای و تعلل ورزی شغلی استفاده و داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss_18 و آزمون های آماری ضریب رگرسیون چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که هوش معنوی با میانگین 0.77 ±4.06 ، اخلاق حرفه ای با میانگین 0.61 ±3.65 بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارند، همچنین تعلل ورزی با میانگین 0.34 ±2.63 پایین تر از حد متوسط قرار دارد. هوش معنوی 22درصد از واریانس تعلل ورزی و 16 درصد از واریانس اخلاق حرفه ای معلمان را تبیین می کند؛ همچنین اخلاق حرفه ای 33 درصد از تغییرات واریانس تعلل ورزی معلمان را تبیین می کند.نتیجه گیری: هوش معنوی و اخلاق حرفه ای سبب کاهش تعلل ورزی شغلی در معلمان می شود. از طرفی هوش معنوی زمینه بهبود اخلاق حرفه ای معلمان را فراهم می آورد. بنابراین می توان با فراهم آوردن زمینه های بهبود هوش معنوی و اخلاق حرفه ای در معلمان موجب کاهش تعلل ورزی آن ها و درنتیجه بهبود کارایی نظام آموزشی را فراهم آورد.

Role of Spiritual Intelligence and Professional Ethics on Occupational Procrastination of Teachers

Background: Attention to reducing the procrastination of teachers and improving their professional ethics has special importance in educational organization. Therefore, the goal of present research is invetigating the role of spiritual intelligence and occupational procrastination of teachers.Method: The method of present research was descriptivecorrelation that it is done on 183 individuals of teachers rsquo; primary level of Qaen. Samples were chosen by Cluster sampling method. Data were collected through three standard questionnaires; spiritual intelligence, procrastination and professional ethics. Data were are analyzed by SPSS 18 and statistical tests, multiple correlation coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient.Results: Results showed that spiritual intelligence with mean of 4.06 +0.77 , professional ethics with mean of 3.65+0.61 are above average and procrastination with mean of 2.63+0.34 is lower than average, as well. Spiritual intelligence explains the 22% of variance of procrastination and 16% of variance of professional ethics of teachers; professional ethics explains the 33 % of variance alterations of procrastination of teachers.Conclusion: Spiritual intelligence and professional ethic causes reducing of procrastination among teachers. On one hand, spiritual intelligence provides ground of professional ethics improvement of teachers. Therefore, providing ground of improving the spiritual intelligence and professional ethic among teachers causes reducing their procrastination and as a result, improves productivity of educational system.
