بررسی مقایسه ای میزان اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان سرای سالمندان عمومی و خصوصی شهر تهران

زمینه: اخلاق حرفه‌ای یکی از مسائل اساسی همه جوامع بشری است. هر مجموعه‌سازمانی دارای کدهای اخلاقی متناسب با ساختار حرفه‌ای خود است که اخلاق حرفه‌ای نام دارد. آشنایی با معیارهای اخلاقی و به‌کارگیری آن‌ها توسط کارکنان در تعالی اخلاقی و حرفه‌ای سازمان نقش بسزایی ایفا می‌کند. در همین راستا هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی مقایسه‌ای میزان اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان سرای سالمندان بخش عمومی و خصوصی شهر تهران می‌باشد.روش: این تحقیق از نوع علی - مقایسه‌ای است و جامعه آماری آن کلیه کارکنان سراهای سالمندان خصوصی و عمومی شهر تهران است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 225 نفر از آن‌ها موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای است و برای تحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های t دو نمونه مستقل و واریانس f استفاده‌شده است.یافته‌ها: در این تحقیق مشخص گردید که کارکنان سرای سالمندان عمومی میزان اخلاق حرفه‌ایشان از کارکنان سرای سالمندان خصوصی بالاتر است وزنان نسبت به مردان و افراد میان‌سال نسبت به سایر دسته‌های سنی میزان اخلاق حرفه‌ای بالاتری را دارا هستند.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به ایجاد مراکز مراقبتی که بتوانند شرایط انسانی‌تر و نه عقلانی را به خصوص در خدمات اجتماعی و سرای سالمندان ایجاد کنند احساس می‌گردد.

A Comparative Study of the Professional Ethics of the Staff of Public and Private Nursing Homes in Tehran

Background: Professional ethics is one of the fundamental issues of all human societies. Each organizational set has ethical codes appropriate to the structure of its profession, which is called professional ethics. Familiarity with ethical standards and their application by employees plays an important role in the moral and professional excellence of the organization. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to compare the professional ethics of the staff of the public and private sector nursing homes in Tehran.Method: This is a causalcomparative study and its statistical population is all employees of private and public nursing homes in Tehran, which were surveyed using the available sampling method of 225 people. The data collection tool in this research is the standard questionnaire of professional ethics and for data analysis, descriptive statistical methods and ttests of two independent samples and variance f have been used.Results: In this study, it was found that the staff of public nursing homes have a higher level of professional ethics than the staff of private nursing homes and women have a higher level of professional ethics than men and middleaged people compared to other age groups.Conclusion: Attention is felt to the establishment of care centers that can create more humane rather than rational conditions, especially in social services and nursing homes.
