نقش میانجی تعهد عاطفی در ارتباط بین اخلاق کاری و شادکامی

زمینه: بررسی عوامل موثر بر شادکامی می تواند به طور موثری در پیشبرد اهداف نظام آموزش عالی نقش موثری را ایفا کند، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف رابطه اخلاق کاری و شادکامی با نقش میانجی تعهد عاطفی انجام شده است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان می باشد، 208 نفر از کارکنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق کاری، شادکامی و تعهد عاطفی استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزارهای آماری lisrel, spss تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که نقش واسطه ای تعهد عاطفی در ارتباط بین اخلاق کاری و شادکامی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد.نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه برای ایجاد شادکامی در میان کارکنان می بایست به ابعاد اخلاق کاری و تعهد عاطفی توجه کرد.

Mediating Role of Emotional Commitment in the Relationship between Work Ethics & Happiness

Background: The study of factors affecting happiness can play an effective role in advancing the goals of the higher education system.Method: The research method is descriptivecorrelation. The statistical population includes all employees of University of Bu Ali Sina. 208 employees were selected using stratified random sampling method for the study. Three standard questionnaires of work ethic, happiness and emotional commitment were used to collect research data. Data were collected and analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis in LISREL and SPSS statistical software.Results: The results showed that the mediating role of emotional commitment in the relationship between work ethic and happiness is positive and significant.Conclusion: As a result, to create happiness among employees, we must pay attention to the dimensions of work ethic and emotional commitment.
