مقایسه مراکز فعال در حوزه اخلاق در علم و فناوری در کشورهای امریکا، ‌انگلستان، چین و‌ هند

زمینه: زندگی در روزگار کنونی به شکل روزافزونی بر زیرساخت های فراگیر علمی و فناورانه تکیه دارد. امروزه استفاده از فناوری در تمام ابعاد زندگی مردم تجلی یافته است به طوری که فرایندهای تصمیم گیری در تمامی جوانب براساس شاخص های علم و فناوری صورت می گیرد. علم حتی به مسائلی همچون اخلاق و سنت نیز راه یافته است بنابراین مسائل و دغدغه های سنتی اخلاق در عصر حاضر ابعاد جدیدی یافته و نیازمند بررسی و کنکاش های تازه ای اند. پیدایش قلمرو پژوهشی اخلاق علم و فناوری نتیجه این کنکاش هاست. مباحث اخلاق امروزه به کلیه حوزه های دانش راه یافته، به صورتی که از اخلاق در شاخه های مختلف علوم بشری سخن گفته می شود. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی مراکز فعال در حوزه اخلاق علم و فناوری اعم از مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی و غیردانشگاهی در کشورهای امریکا، انگلستان، هند و چین است.نتیجه گیری: در این مقاله، تجربه کشورهای امریکا، انگلستان ، هند و چین به عنوان کشورهای دارای مراکز فعال در حوزه اخلاق در علم و فناوری بررسی شد . این مقایسه بیانگر گستردگی فعالیت های سازمان های فعال در حوزه اخلاق در علم و فناوری است. بنابراین می توان از تجارب مثبت این کشورها استفاده کرد.

Comparing the Active Centers in the Area of Ethics in Science and Technology in the US, UK, China and India

Background: Nowadays, life increasingly relies on inclusive scientific and technological infrastructures. Today, the use of technology has been manifested in all aspects of peoplechr('39')s lives, so that decisionmaking processes in all aspects are based on the indicators of science and technology. Science has even come up with issues such as ethics and tradition, so traditional issues of ethics in the modern age have taken on new dimensions and require new study and research. The ethics of debate has now reached all areas of knowledge, as ethics is spoken in the various branches of the human sciences. The purpose of this study is to identify centers for science and technology ethics in the US, UK, India and China.Conclusion: In this paper, the experiences of countries belonging active centers in the area of ethics in science and technology including academic and nonacademic centers such as the United States of America, UK, China and India will be discussed and they were submitted to a comparative study to offer a model for the establishment and development of organizations and centers in this area in Iran.
