نقش ادراک‌شدۀ استاد در اخلاق دانشگاهی و جلوگیری از تقلب از دیدگاه دانشجویان

زمینه: یکی از معضلاتی که دانشگاه‌ها با آن مواجه هستند و اخلاق دانشگاهی را تهدید می‌کند، تقلب تحصیلی است. در میان عوامل موثر بر تقلب، اساتید نقش مهمی دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش ادراک‌شدۀ استاد در رعایت اخلاق دانشگاهی بر کاهش تقلب تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه بیرجند انجام شده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه بیرجند بود که از میان آنها 24 نفر از در سه حوزۀ علوم انسانی و رفتاری، علوم پایه و کشاورزی و فنی مهندسی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و با روش بنیادبخشی نظریه تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند. یافته‌ها: نقش استاد در جلوگیری از تقلب در 10 مقولۀ محوری »ارزشیابی استاد «، »مهارت‌های تدریس استاد «، »رابطۀ استاد با دانشجو «، »اخلاق و رفتار استاد «، »مدیریت و کنترل کلاس استاد «، »تعهد و وجدان کاری استاد «، »انتظارات استاد از دانشجویان «، »توانمندی علمی استاد «، »ویژگی‌های شخصی استاد « و »نوع تکالیف استاد « شناسایی و مقوله‌بندی شد. مقولۀ »ادراک دانشجویان از منش استاد « به عنوان مقولۀ مرکزی انتخاب شد. همچنین، مدلی در زمینۀ نقش استاد در جلوگیری از تقلب تحصیلی شامل موجبات علی نقش استاد در تقلب تحصیلی و پیامدهای آن طراحی و ارائه گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان دادند در صورتی که اساتید وظایف خود را در فرآیند آموزش و تعامل با دانشجویان به درستی انجام دهند، می‌توانند به کاهش تقلب تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان کمک کنند.

The Perceived Role of a University Teacher Regarding Academic Morality and Preventing Cheating from Students’ Points of View

Background: One of the problems that universities are facing and endangers academic morality, is academic cheating. Among the decisive factors of cheating, university teachers have a critical role. The present study aimed at assessing the perceived role of university teachers regarding academic morality and decreasing cheating from students rsquo; points of views in Birjand University.Method: The current study was a qualitative research. Population of study includes all students of Birjand University. 24 students in the three domains of Humanities and Behavioral Science, Basic Science and Agriculture, and Engineering; were selected through in access sampling. Then, the data obtained applying semistructured interview, were analyzed on the basis of grounded theory.Results: The roles of a university teacher in preventing cheating were identified, and, then categorized as 10 axial category of ldquo;teacher rsquo;s evaluation rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s teaching skills rdquo; , ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s relationship with students rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s morality and manner rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s class control and management rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s commitment and working consciousness rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s expectations from students rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s scientific knowledge rdquo;, ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s personal characteristics rdquo;, and ldquo;a teacher rsquo;s type of assignments rdquo;. The category of ldquo;students rsquo; perception of a teacher rsquo;s manner rdquo; was taken as the core category, besides; a model regarding the role of a teacher in preventing educational cheating and its outcomes was designed and presented.Conclusion: Results showed in case of university teachers rsquo; do their job properly in teaching process and interactions with their students, these teachers can help reduce educational cheating on the part of their students.
