پیش بینی رابطه اخلاق و محیط کسب وکار با توسعه اقتصادی ایران

زمینه: به منظور رسیدن به توسعه، لزوم توجه به فساد، خشونت و فقر ملت ها که از نبود اخلاق اقتصادی و اخلاق محیط کسب و کار سرچشمه می گیرد احساس می شود. رفع بنیادی فساد، خشونت و فقر ملت ها در راستای انگیزه‌های عملی توسعه اقتصادی جز با پیوند روزافزون اخلاق اقتصادی و اخلاق محیط کسب و کار میسر نخواهد شد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق و محیط کسب و کار بر توسعه اقتصادی است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. شاخص های کلان اقتصادی محیط کسب و کار، شاخص اخلاق و شاخص توسعه اقتصادی کشور ایران به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شده است که سال های 2017-2006 به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری داده های بانک جهانی و موسسه بین المللی شفافیت بود. جهت آزمون نیز از روش لورنبرگ مارکاردت و تحلیل شبکه عصبی پرسپترون و هوش مصنوعی استفاده شده است.یافته ها: برازش مدل تحقیق که در برگیرنده یک فرضیه اصلی بود مورد تایید قرار گرفت. اخلاق و آسانی محیط کسب و کار رابطه معناداری با توسعه یافتگی دارد و در طی زمان نیز موثرتر خواهد بود.نتیجه گیری: دو عامل مشخص، از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی به شمار می روند، یکی از این دو عامل، فساد مالی و اخلاقی است و دیگری آسانی محیط کسب و کار است پس نتیجه بررسیها نشان می دهد که اخلاق اقتصادی و اخلاق محیط کسب و کار بر توسعه اقتصادی تاثیر دارد.

Predicting the Relationship between Ethics and Business Environment and Economic Development of Iran

Background: In order to achieve development, there is a need to pay attention to corruption, violence and poverty of nations, which stems from the lack of economic ethics and business environment ethics. Fundamental elimination of corruption, violence and poverty of nations in line with the practical motivations of economic development will not be possible except with the growing link between economic ethics and business environment ethics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethics and business environment on economic development.Methods: The research method is applied and correlational. Macroeconomic indicators of business environment, ethics index and economic development index of Iran have been selected as a statistical population that the years 20062007 were selected as a research sample. The data measurement tool was the World Bank and the International Institute for Transparency. LorenbergMarcardt method and perceptron neural network analysis and artificial intelligence were used for the test.Results: The fit of the research model, which included a main hypothesis, was confirmed. Ethics and ease of business environment have a significant relationship with development and will be more effective over time.Conclusions: Two specific factors are among the most important factors affecting economic growth and development, one of these two factors is financial and moral corruption and the other is the ease of business environment, so the results show that ethics Economic and ethics of the business environment affect economic development.
