رابطه میان ابعاد اخلاقی معنویت در محیط کار ، با سلامت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی

زمینه: معنویت در محیط کار از متغیرهای بسیارمهم و تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد و رفتار کارکنان سازمان است، بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط بین ابعاد معنویت در محیط کار بر سلامت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی انجام شده است .روش: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی پرستاران زن بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) ارومیه تشکیل داده بودند (130نفر) که با استفاده از روش سرشماری تمام پرستاران زن این بیمارستان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها در این پژوهش، پرسش نامه ء استاندارد معنویت در محیط کار، پرسش نامه ء استاندارد سلامت سازمانی و پرسش نامهء محقق ساخته اعتماد سازمانی بوده است که روایی و پایایی آنها بررسی و مورد تایید قرار گرفت . جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان دادند که ابعاد معنویت با اعتماد سازمانی ( با ضریب استاندارد 0.68، 7.39=t) و سلامت سازمانی (با ضریب استاندارد 0.79، و5.68=t) رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دارد.نتیجه گیری :درمجموع می توان گفت که تکیه بر معنویات در بیمارستان ها موجب ارتقاء اعتماد سازمانی و سلامت سازمانی در بیمارستان ها می شود . بر این اساس ضرورت توجه به ابعاد معنویت در بیمارستان ها احساس می شود.

Relationship between Dimensions of Spirituality (as ethics) in the Workplace with Organizational Health and Organizational Trust

Background: Spirituality in the workplace is one of the important and effective variables on the performance and behavior of staff. Therefore, this study tries to investigate the relationship between dimensions of spirituality in the workplace with organizational health and organizational trust among nurses.Method: The method of research was correlationdescriptive. Population of the study includes all female nursing staff in the public hospital (Imam Reza). 130 nurses were selected as a statistical sample. Three tools (Standard questionnaires of Spirituality in workplace and Organizational Health and researcher made questionnaire of organizational trust) were used for data collection and the reliability and validity of the tools were also tested. The data analysis was done by structural equation model.Results: The findings of the study indicated that dimensions of spirituality in the workplace have a positive and significant relationship with organizational trust (standard coefficient 0.68, value t=7.39) and organizational health (standard coefficient 0.79, value t=5.68).Conclusion: In general, it can be said that the emphasis on spirituality can lead to promote organizational trust and organizational health in the hospitals. Accordingly, the need to pay attention to the dimensions of spirituality in hospitals is felt.
