تبیین مدل ساختاری رضایت زناشویی بر اساس اقتدار شخصی در سیستم خانواده با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای حل تعارض و استرس زناشویی

رضایت زناشویی دارای نقش کلیدی در حفظ و ثبات بنیان خانواده است و بنابراین شناسایی عوامل دخیل در آن حایز اهمیت می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی راهبردهای حل تعارض و استرس زناشویی در ارتباط بین اقتدار شخصی در سیستم خانواده و رضایت زناشویی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل افراد متاهل شهر تهران بود که از بین آنها، 353 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه اقتدار شخصی در سیستم خانواده، پرسشنامه باورهای غیرمنطقی، مقیاس رفتار تعارض و مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری با بهره‌گیری از نرم افزار amos و spss نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رضایت زناشویی با اقتدار شخصی دارای رابطه مثبت معنادار و با استرس زناشویی و رفتار تعارض دارای رابطه منفی معنادار در سطح 0/01 است. همچنین اثر غیر‌مستقیم بین اقتدار شخصی و رضایت زناشویی با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای حل تعارض و استرس زناشویی به لحاظ آماری در سطح 0/001 معنی‌دار بود. ضریب تعیین این مسیر برابر با 0/35 بود. بنابراین در زوجین، اقتدار شخصی در سیستم خانواده از طریق اثر بر راهبردهای حل تعارض و استرس زناشویی می‌تواند به رضایت زناشویی منجر شود.

explaining the structural model of marital satisfaction based on personal authority in the family system with the mediation of conflict resolution strategies and marital stress

marital satisfaction has a crucial role in maintaining and stability of the family foundation, and therefore it is essential to identify the factors involved in it. the present study investigated the mediating role of conflict resolution strategies and marital stress in the relationship between personal authority in the family system and marital satisfaction. the present study was descriptive-correlational and structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the research included married people in tehran, and among them, 353 people were selected through convenience sampling. data collection tools included a personal authority in the family system questionnaire, stockholm marital stress scale, enrich marital satisfaction scale, and the conflict behavior scale. pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation model were used for data analysis using amos and spss version 22 software. the research results showed that marital satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with personal authority and a significant negative relationship with marital stress and conflict behavior at the level of 0.01. also, the indirect effect between personal authority and marital satisfaction with the mediation of conflict resolution strategies and marital stress was statistically significant at the 0.001 level. the determination coefficient of this route was equal to 0.35. therefore, in couples, personal authority in the family system can lead to marital satisfaction through the effect on conflict resolution strategies and marital stress.
