ارتباط طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی با رضایت جنسی: نقش واسطه‌ای خلق منفی

رضایت جنسی یکی از ویژگی‌های کلیدی خانواده پایدار است و به عنوان شاخصی مهم برا کیفیت کلی زندگی شناخته می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای خلق منفی در ارتباط طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی با رضایت جنسی زنان بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی‌ همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان زن دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران بودند که از بین آن‌ها 637 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داد‌ه‌ها از پرسش‌نامه طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی (qcsasc 2003)، مقیاس اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس (dass 1995)، مقیاس رضایت جنسی (sssw 2005)، استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss23 و نرم‌افزار lisrel8.8 استفاده شد. مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم‌ غیرمستقیم (از طریق خُلق منفی)، بر رضایت جنسی زنان تاثیر می‌گذارد. ارزیابی مدل فرضی پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های برازندگی نشان داد که مدل فرضی با مدل اندازه‌گیری، برازش دارد (cfi = 0.87, nfi = 0.98, rmsea = 0.058) همسو با مدل نوبر، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که طرح‌واره‌های شناختی فعال‌شده در بافت جنسی بر رضایت جنسی زنان تاثیر دارد و هم‌چنین این یافته‌ها تاکید می‌کنند که در کنار عوامل فیزیولوژیکی، عوامل شناختی و هیجانی در تبیین رضایت جنسی خیلی اهمیت دارند.

the relationship between activated cognitive schemas in sexual context with female sexual satisfaction: the mediating role of negative mood

sexual satisfaction is one of the key features of a stable family and is known as an important indicator of the overall quality of life. the present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of negative mood in the association of cognitive schema activation in a sexual context with female sexual satisfaction. the design and the method of the study were descriptive correlation and structural equation modeling, respectively. participants of this study comprised 637 female students of tehran universities, who were selected by the purposive sampling method. the questionnaire of cognitive schema activation in sexual context, depression, anxiety and stress scales (dass), and sexual satisfaction scale (sssw), were employed to collect the required data. also, spss23 and lisrel8.8 software were used for data analysis. the results of sem indicated that cognitive schema activation in sexual context, both directly and indirectly (through negative mood), affects women’s sexual satisfaction. evaluating the hypothetical model of the study employing the fitting indices revealed that the hypothetical model fits the measurement model (cfi = 0.98, nfi = 0.98, rmsea = 0.058). consistent with nober’s model, the results of this study showed that cognitive schema activation in a sexual context affects female sexual satisfaction. in addition, these findings highlight that in addition to the physiological factors, emotional and cognitive factors are similarly significant in defining sexual satisfaction.
