اثربخشی توان‌ بخشی شناختی - غیرحرکتی بر حافظه کاری و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی توان‌ بخشی شناختی - غیرحرکتی بر حافظه کاری و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن صورت پذیرفت. این پژوهش با روش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. دوره پیگیری نیز دو ماه اجرا شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن پایه دوم تا چهارم دبستان منطقه 6 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند. در این پژوهش 37 کودک با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه در مدت 6 هفته توان‌بخشی شناختی- غیرحرکتی را دریافت کردند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این مطالعه شامل نرم‌افزار n-back (جگی و همکاران، 2008 ) و آزمون برج لندن (شالیس، 1982) بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری spss23 با روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که توان‌بخشی شناختی- غیرحرکتی بر حافظه کاری (0001>p) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (0001>p) کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن تاثیر معنی‌داری دارد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که توان‌بخشی شناختی- غیرحرکتی با تاثیر بر قسمت کرتکس مغز و با بکارگیری تمرینات هدفمند شناختی می‌تواند روشی موثر برای بهبود حافظه کاری و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی کودکان با ناتوانی یادگیری خواندن مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

efficacy of cognitive-non motor rehabilitation on working memory and cognitive flexibility of the children with disability in reading learning

the present study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of cognitive- non motor rehabilitation on the working memory and cognitive flexibility of the children with disability in reading learning. it was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and control group design. follow-up period was administered during two months. the statistical population of the study included second- to fourth-grade children with reading learning disability in zone 6 of tehran in academic year 2021-22. thirty seven children with learning reading disability were selected through purposive sampling method and randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups. the experimental group received twelve cognitive- non motor rehabilitation sessions during six weeks. the applied instruments in this study included n-back software (jaeggi, et.al. 2008), tower of london procedure (shallice, 1982). the collected data were analyzed via spss23 software through mixed anova and follow-up tests. the results showed that cognitive- non motor rehabilitation has significant effect on working memory (p<0001) and cognitive flexibility (p<0001) of the children with reading learning disability. according to the results of the present study it can be concluded that cognitive- non motor rehabilitation can be used an effective method to improve working memory and cognitive flexibility of the children with reading learning disability through influencing cortex and applying purposeful cognitive-motor exercises.
