نقش ابعاد منش شخصیت در پیش‌ بینی تعلل‌ ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش ابعاد منش شخصیت در پیش‌ بینی تعلل‌ ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز و دانشگاه تبریز در سال 98-1397 بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، تعداد 120 نفر انتخاب و به پرسشنامه‌های تعلل ‌ورزی تحصیلی و سرشت و منش کلونینجر (tci-125) پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که ابعاد منش شخصیت بطور ترکیبی قادرند تعلل ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان را بطور معنی‌دار تبیین کنند و مبتنی بر ضرایب بتا، هر یک از ابعاد همکاری، خودراهبری و خودفراروی، در پیش‌بینی تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی، نقش منفی و معنی‌دار دارند. مبتنی بر یافته‌ها می‌توان استنباط نمود که برخورداری از ویژگی خودراهبری، یعنی توانایی شخص برای انتخاب اهداف و مسئولیت‌پذیری و نیز ویژگی همکاری یعنی پنداشت خود بعنوان بخشی از جهان انسانی و جامعه و با وجدان بودن، موجب بازداشت فرد از فروگذاری در انجام وظایف شده و از طرفی، ویژگی خودفراروی در فرد بموجب ایمان مذهبی و متانت وی را از طفره رفتن در انجام مسئولیت‌هایش بازداشته و به اهدافش جهت می‌دهد.

the role of personality traits in predicting students’ academic procrastination

the aim of this study was to determine the role of personality traits in predicting students’ academic procrastination. the statistical population of this study included students of islamic azad university, tabriz branch and tabriz university in 1397-98. by cluster sampling method, 120 people were selected and given the academic procrastination questionnaire and clowninger temperament (tci). -125) answered. the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the dimensions of personality traits in combination can explain students’ academic procrastination significantly and based on beta coefficients, each of the dimensions of cooperation, self-direction and self-transcendence in predicting academic procrastination, negative role and they are meaningful. based on the findings, it can be inferred that having the characteristic of self-direction, ie the ability of a person to choose goals and responsibilities, as well as the characteristic of cooperation, ie considering himself as a part of the human world and society and being conscientious, prevents a person from abandonment. in performing his duties, on the other hand, the characteristic of self-reliance in a person according to his religious faith and sobriety prevents him from evading his responsibilities and directs his goals.
