اثربخشی پروتکل بهبود سازگاری مبتنی بر مدل چندوجهی بر سطح سلامت معنوی و اجتماعی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی پروتکل بهبود سازگاری مبتنی بر مدل چندوجهی بر سطح سلامت معنوی و اجتماعی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. مطالعه‌ی حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک تخصصی بیماری‌های پستان شهر مشهد بود. از بین آنها، 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش پروتکل بهبود سازگاری قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی و پرسشنامه سلامت اجتماعی بود. داده‌ها با روش آزمون‌ تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار spss-24 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد پروتکل بهبود سازگاری مبتنی بر مدل چندوجهی موجب افزایش معنادار سلامت معنوی و اجتماعی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان شده است (p<0.001). پروتکل بهبود سازگاری مبتنی بر مدل چندوجهی با ایجاد سازگاری معنوی، روان شناختی، اجتماعی، عاطفی و جسمانی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان موجب بهبود سطح سلامت معنوی و اجتماعی در آنها شد.

the effectiveness of a multidimensional model of adaptation improvement protocol on the level of spiritual and social health of women with breast cancer

the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of adaptation protocol based on multidimensional model on the level of spiritual and social health of women with breast cancer. the present study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with experimental and control groups. the present study was an applied study and the research method was quasi-experimental and its design was pre-test and post-test with experimental and control groups. the statistical population included patients with breast cancer referred to the specialized clinic of breast diseases in mashhad. among them, 30 were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. the experimental group was trained in adaptation improvement protocol and the control group did not receive any intervention. the research instruments were spiritual well-being questionnaire and social health questionnaire. data were analyzed by analysis of covariance and spss-24 software. the results showed that the adjustment protocol based on the multidimensional model significantly increased the spiritual and social health of women with breast cancer (p <0.001). multidimensional modeling adaptation protocol improved the level of spiritual and social health in women with breast cancer by creating spiritual, psychological, social, emotional and physical adaptation.
