مدل علّی طرحواره هیجانی و ناگویی خلقی با حساسیت اضطرابی از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در دانش‌آموزان

دانش آموزان ازجمله افرادی هستند که با اضطراب به‌عنوان یکی از مشکلات رایج دست‌وپنجه نرم می‌کنند به همین دلیل بررسی سازه‌های اضطرابی جهت پیش‌بینی اضطراب از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل علّی طرح‌واره هیجانی و ناگویی خلقی با حساسیت اضطرابی از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه موردنظر پژوهش کلیۀ دانش‌آموزان دورۀ دوم متوسطه شهرستان تربت‌حیدریه در سال 1400-1401 بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در‌دسترس به تعداد 220 نفر نمونه‌گیری شده بودند. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه‌های حساسیت اضطرابی فلوید (asi)، پرسشنامه طرح‌واره هیجانی لیهی (less) ، پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و رومر (ders) و پرسشنامه ناگویی خلقی تورنتو (tas_20) جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌های از طریق نرم‌افزارهای آماری spss 26 و amos 24 تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد طرح‌واره هیجانی و ناگویی خلق به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق عامل میانجی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با حساسیت اضطرابی در ارتباط است اما این دو متغیر به‌طور مستقیم با حساسیت اضطرابی مرتبط نیستند. بنابراین معلمان و درمانگران می‌توانند با آموزش تنظیم هیجان و مداخلات مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان در جهت تعدیل حساسیت اضطرابی برآیند.

causal model of emotional schema and alexithymia with anxiety sensitivity via mediating role of difficulties in emotion regulation in students

students are among the people who struggle with anxiety as one of the common problems, for this reason, the investigation of anxiety structures is of great importance to predict anxiety, so the purpose of the present study is to investigate the causal model of emotional schema and alexithymia with anxiety sensitivity through the mediating role of difficulty in emotion regulation in second year high school students. the method of the current research was correlation and structural equation modeling. the target population of the research was all the students of the second year of secondary school in torbat-haydriya city in 1400-1401, who were sampled through available sampling in the number of 220 people. the necessary information was collected through floyd anxiety sensitivity questionnaires (asi), leahy emotional schema questionnaire (less), gratz and romer difficulty in emotion regulation questionnaire (ders) and toronto alexithymia questionnaire (tas_20).data were analyzed through spss 26 and amos 24 statistical software. the results showed that emotional schema and alexithymia are indirectly related to anxiety sensitivity through the mediating factor of difficulty in regulating emotions, but these two variables are not directly related to anxiety sensitivity. therefore, teachers and therapists can come up with emotion regulation training and interventions based on emotion regulation in the direction of modulating anxiety sensitivity.
