تحلیل شخصیت سیاسی امام خمینی مبتنی بر دیدگاه کارل راجرز و آدلر در رهبری انقلاب : تحلیلی روانشناختی

تحلیل شخصیتهای سیاسی و درک محیطی که در آن سیاستمداران به قدرت رسیده اند یکی از محورهای اصلی تحلیلهای حوزه روان شناسی سیاسی است. به عبارتی، روان شناسی سیاسی و رویکردهای آن به زمینه های گسترده نظیر نقش رهبری و کیش شخصیتی در رفتارهای سیاسی تعلق دارد. تبیین ماهیت، شخصیت و رفتار سیاسی رهبری امام خمینی (ره) و علت تاثیر گذاری عمیق وی در تحولات اجتماعی و فرهنگی سیاسی هدف نوشتار حاضر است تا بتوان به درک روشمند رسید بنابر این  پرسش اصلی این بود که از منظر روانشناسی سیاسی بویژه کارل راجرز و آدلر چه تعاملاتی میان شخصیت و سبک رهبری امام خمینی (ره) و رعایت اخلاق سیاسی و انسانی وجود داشته است؟ و مولفه های رفتار سیاسی امام خمینی (ره) در جذب افراد در جریان انقلاب اسلامی چه بوده است؟ یافته های این پژوهش با استفاده از مفهوم سازی و روش تحلیلی اسنادی و کتابخانه ای، نشانگر تعامل شخصیت و شیوه رهبری امام خمینی (ره) بر پایه نقش سیاسی منحصر به فرد او در جذب افراد در فرایند انقلاب اسلامی بوده است.

Imam Khomeini’s Political Personality Analysis from Carl Rogers and Adler’s Perspective: A Psychological Analysis

The analysis of political figures and perceiving the context in which the politicians have come to power is one of the main axes of analysis in political psychology. The twoway relationship between politics and psychology means the understanding of politics from the perspective of psychology and the understanding of psychology from the perspective of politics. In other words, political psychology and its approaches belong to broad fields such as the role of leadership and personality cult in political behavior. Explaining the nature, personality and political behavior of Imam Khomeini’s leadership and the reason for his profound influence on social, cultural political developments is the purpose of this article so that it can help us to find a methodical understanding and analyze it more than before. Based on the political psychology, the main question is that what interactions were between the Imam Khomeini’s personality and his style of leadership and the observance of political and human ethics? And what were the components of Imam Khomeini’s political behavior in attracting people during the Islamic Revolution? The findings of this study, using conceptualization and analyticaldocumentary and library method, show the interaction of Imam Khomeini’s personality and leadership style based on his unique political role in attracting people in the process of the Islamic Revolution and basically Imam’s interaction with the elites and the scholars and his special life style since he always had simple living as a priority in his life and it has been very influential in his permanence
