نقش جو خلاق کلاس درس در پیش بینی مولفه‌ی کیفیت پردیس‌های دانشگاهی

تبیین کیفیت پردیس دانشگاهی به فهم شرایط محیطی نیاز دارد و یکی از اشکال شرایط محیطی جو خلاق کلاس درس در درون پردیس دانشگاهی می باشد که خود از چندین بعد تشکیل یافته است. ازاین رو، پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش جو خلاق کلاس درس (به تفکیک ابعاد ده گانه) در پیش بینی مولفه ی کیفیت پردیس های دانشگاهی انجام گرفت. روش شناسی پژوهش از نوع پیمایش و توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی پردیس های دانشگاه خوارزمی، شهید بهشتی و علامه طباطبایی در سال تحصیلی 1394-1395 تشکیل می داد. روش نمونه گیری از نوع اتفاقی (در دسترس) بود و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول گرجسی _ مورگان 116 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ی جو خلاق کلاس (با پایایی 94/0= alpha;) و پرسشنامه ی کیفیت پردیس دانشگاهی (با پایایی 99/0= alpha;) به کار گرفته شد. روایی محتوایی ابزارها نیز با نظر اساتید تایید گردید. درنهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 22. spss و روش رگرسیون و آزمون یومان ویتنی تجزیه وتحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد مولفه های جو خلاق کلاس درس به گونه معنی داری توان تبیین 31/0 = 2r از واریانس مولفه کیفیت پردیس دانشگاهی را دارا هستند (56/0 = r، 7/13 = (105 و 10)f و 001/0 > p) و سهم مولفه حمایت از ایده ها (408/0 = ) و اعتماد و اطمینان (347/0 = ) در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد معنی دار است وسهم بقیه مولفه های ارائه شده معنی دار نیست. همچنین بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب پردیس دانشگاهی شکاف وجود دارد و بین دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا ازنظر جو خلاق کلاس و کیفیت پردیس دانشگاهی تفاوت معنی دار وجود ندارد.

The role of classroom creative atmosphere in predicting university campus quality components

Explaining the quality of the campus requires an understanding of the environmental conditions and is one of the forms of environmental conditions in the classroom atmosphere of the campus, which consists of several dimensions. Therefore this study aimed to investigate the role of creative atmosphere of the classroom (the separation of ten dimension) were performed to predict the quality of university campuses. Methodology of research was survey and crosscorrelation research. The population was the graduate students in University campuses of Kharazmi, Shahid Beheshti and Allameh Tabatabaei in 20152016 academic year. This study was random sampling. Number of samples based on KregciMorgan table, 116 person were selected. For data collection questionnaire class creative atmosphere (94/0= alpha;) and university campuses quality questionnaire (99/0= alpha;) were used. Content validity of the tools was determined by the opinion of the professors. Finally, the data were analyzed by using software spss.vs22 and regression method and Whitney U test. The results showed that component of the classroom creative atmosphere provided a significant explaining R2=0/31 of variance of campus quality (p<0/001, F (10, 105) =13/7, R=0/56) and quota of ideas supporting components ( beta;= 0/408) and quota of confidence ( beta;= 0/347) at 95% confidence level is significant and quota of other components is not significant. There are also gaps between current and desired status of university campus. And there is no significant difference between the views of master's and doctoral students in the class creative atmosphere and the quality of university campuses.
