قلدری دانشگاهی: مروری سیستماتیک مبتنی بر مطالعات نمایه شده بین‌المللی

هدف: این مطالعه باهدف شناسایی خوشه‌های موضوعی اصلی و بازیگران کلیدی؛ وضعیت دانش فعلی حوزه مطالعاتی قلدری دانشگاهی و میسرهای پیشنهادی مطالعاتی برای آینده را، نمایان می‌سازد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه سیستماتیک با تکیه‌بر پایگاه‌های استنادی علمی web of science (wos)و scopus با بررسی اطلاعات کتاب‌سنجی 266 مطالعه شناسایی‌شده از سال 2001 تا 2024، با استفاده از رویکرد کتاب‌سنجی (توصیفی - تحلیلی) و بهره‌گیری از ابزار تحلیلی - بصری نرم‌افزار vos viewer و اکسل، به بررسی روند انتشار مطالعات؛ محققان، کشورها و مطالعات پیشرو و تاثیرگذار؛ و شناسایی خوشه‌های موضوعی این زمینه مطالعاتی می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل روند انتشار مطالعات که از سال 2001-2024 در نظر گرفته شد، نشان داد که مطالعات منتشرشده در این حوزه از سال 2008 به بعد روند تصاعدی داشته و در سال 2021 و 2024 به اوج خود رسیده است. طبق یافته‌ها، تاکنون ازنظر توسعه ادبیات این حوزه، در بین کشورها، ایالات‌متحده آمریکا؛ و در بین نویسندگان، مرلین کمپیل؛ و در بین مطالعات، مطالعه دیلماک، به‌عنوان تاثیرگذارترین موارد؛ و بر اساس تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلیدواژه‌ها، درنهایت، سه خوشه موضوعی، (1) قلدری دانشگاهی و محل کار، (2) قلدری سایبری، و (3) قربانی شدن، شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: در دهه اخیر، توجه محققان به قلدری در دانشگاه روبه‌رشد بوده است، اما همچنان به‌عنوان موضوعی جدید و نوظهور در سطح جهانی شناخته می‌شود. باتوجه‌به پیامدهای منفی قلدری بر ساختار دانشگاه و روابط آن، ضرورت دارد که سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی و کنشگران دانشگاهی به مدیریت و پیشگیری از آن توجه بیشتری داشته باشند. مطالعه یافته‌های این مقاله، می‌تواند راهنمای مفیدی برای محققان و سیاست‌پژوهان ایرانی باشد تا با مراجعه و بهره‌گیری از مطالعات معرفی‌شده آن، این پدیده مخرب را، در نظام دانشگاهی ایران تحلیل و بررسی کنند.

academic bullying: a systematic review based on internationally indexed studies

objective: this study aims to identify the main thematic clusters and key players in the field of academic bullying research، reveal the current state of knowledge، and suggest potential avenues for future studies.method: this systematic study relied on the web of science (wos) and scopus citation databases. by examining the bibliometric information of 266 identified studies published between 2001 and 2024، a bibliometric approach (descriptive-analytical) was employed. utilizing the analytical-visual tools vos viewer and excel، the study investigated publication trends; leading and influential researchers، countries، and studies; and identified the thematic clusters within this research area.findings: analysis of publication trends from 2001-2024 indicated exponential growth in published studies starting from 2008، reaching peaks in 2021 and 2024. regarding literature development، the findings identified the united states as the most influential country، merlin campbell as the most influential author، and the study by dilmac as the most influential publication to date. furthermore، keyword analysis resulted in the identification of three main thematic clusters: (1) academic bullying and the workplace، (2) cyberbullying، and (3) victimization.conclusion: over the past decade، researcher attention towards bullying in universities has been growing، yet it remains recognized globally as a relatively new and emerging topic. given the negative consequences of bullying on university structure and relationships، it is imperative for educational policymakers and academic stakeholders to increase focus on its management and prevention. the findings of this study can serve as a valuable guide for iranian researchers and policy analysts، enabling them to analyze and investigate this destructive phenomenon within the iranian university system by referencing and utilizing the studies highlighted herein.
