شناسایی چالش‌ های نظام سنجش و پذیرش دانشجو: پیامدها برای مدرسه، خانواده و دانشگاه

هدف: مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های نظام سنجش و پذیرش دانشجو با تمرکز بر آزمون سراسری در ایران تدوین شده است. این مقاله ابعاد مختلف کنکور و تاثیرات آن بر نظام خانواده، آموزش‌وپرورش و آموزش عالی را بررسی می کند. روش: این پژوهش بر اساس رویکرد کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون از طریق مصاحبه با 31 نفر از خبرگان علمی و اجرایی نظام سنجش و پذیرش، اقدام به گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات اولیه نمود. پس از کدگذاری مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده، 213 جمله کلیدی و 114 مضمون پایه استخراج گردید که در 16 مضمون سازمان دهنده دسته بندی شدند. جهت اعتبارسنجی و تنقیح مفاهیم و مضامین استخراج‌شده، پنج جلسه گروه کانونی با حضور متخصصان علمی و مدیران مرتبط برگزار شد.یافته ها: چالش‌های نظام سنجش و پذیرش را می‌توان در سطوح پنج‌گانه دسته بندی نمود که هرکدام از آن‌ها دربردارنده مجموعه‌ای از چالش‌های اساسی هستند: چالش‌های نظام آموزش‌وپرورش مرتبط با آزمون سراسری، چالش‌های مرتبط با خود آزمون، چالش‌های مرتبط با محیط اطراف کنکور، چالش‌های مرتبط با پذیرش و چالش‌های راهبردی و کلان. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش تجدیدنظر جدی در آزمون سراسری جهت پررنگ شدن اهداف تربیتی، هدایت تحصیلی و انتخاب رشته کارآمد و اعتباربخشی به سوابق تحصیلی در مدارس ضرورت دارد. همچنین برگزاری آزمون سراسری به‌صورت یک آزمون سالیانه و انحصاری و بازار اقتصادی اطراف آن شامل موسسات کنکوری، مدارس غیرانتفاعی و تبلیغات سنگین، چالش‌های روانی و اقتصادی زیادی برای داوطلبان و خانواده هایشان ایجاد نموده و نیازمند رسیدگی جدی است. همچنین فرآیند پذیرش به دلیل به‌روز نبودن قوانین ظرفیت پزشکی و بومی گزینی چالش‌برانگیز شده است و درنهایت سیاست‌گذاری کلان با حضور نهادهای اصلی و فرهنگ سازی صحیح در این عرصه ضرورت دارد. 

identifying the challenges of student assessment and admission system: consequences for school, family and university

objective: this article has been compiled with the aim of identifying and investigating the challenges of the student evaluation and admission system, focusing on iran’s national exam (konkoor). it explores various dimensions of the exam and its impacts on family, public education and higher education systems.methodology: employing a qualitative approach, this research utilized thematic analysis through interviews with 31 experts in evaluation and admission systems. primary data and information were collected, yielding 213 key sentences and 114 basic themes, which were categorized into 16 organizing themes. to validate and refine the concepts and themes, five focus group meetings were conducted with scientific experts and relevant authorities.finding: challenges within the evaluation and admission system were classified into five levels, each encompassing a set of fundamental challenges: challenges within the education system related to the entrance exam, challenges intrinsic to the exam (konkoor) itself, challenges associated with the exam’s surrounding environment, challenges in the admission process, and strategic and macro-level challenges related to the exam.results and discussion: the research underscores the need for a thorough revision of the entrance exam to prioritize educational objectives, academic guidance, and the efficient selection and accreditation of academic records in schools. moreover, the annual and exclusive nature of the entrance exam, coupled with economic factors such as entrance exam institutions, non-profit schools, and extensive advertising, pose significant mental and financial challenges for students and their families, warranting serious attention. additionally, changes in medical capacity policies and local selection criteria have added complexity to the admission process. therefore, macro-policy interventions and cultural reforms are imperative for effective management of the entrance exam.
