نگرش خبرگان دانشگاهی به تعامل دانشگاه و جامعه

توجه به تعامل دانشگاه با جامعه، در کنار دو کارکرد اصلی نظام آموزش عالی، یعنی؛ آموزش و پژوهش، بر نقش اجتماعی دانشگاه ها در پاسخگویی به نیازها و انتظارات جامعه در سطوح مختلف، دلالت دارد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و دسته بندی نگرش خبرگان دانشگاهی در خصوص چالش‌های پیش روی تعامل دانشگاه با جامعه؛ با استفاده از رویکرد آمیخته و روش کیو بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را هجده نفر از صاحب‌نظران، خبرگان و اساتید دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی مختلف در سطح کشور تشکیل می دهند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بر اساس اصل کفایت نظری، به‌عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب گردید. علت اصلی این انتخاب نیز، تخصص، تجربه آکادمیک و تالیفات خبرگان در حوزه آموزش عالی در نظر گرفته شده است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، با استفاده از 18 مصاحبه صورت گرفته، فضای گفتمان حاصل گردید و با استفاده از نظرات و دیدگاه های آنان، گزینه‌های کیو‌ و در ادامه آن، مجموعه کیو‌ به‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ دست آمد. همچنین، در بخش کمی نیز، با استفاده از نرم افزار spss داده های به‌دست‌آمده در بخش کیفی، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت که درنهایت، هفت نگرش اصلی، در این زمینه، شناسایی گردید.

The Attitude of Academic Experts to the University Interaction with Society

Attention to the university’s interaction with society, along with the two main functions of the higher education system, namely; Education and research implies the social role of universities in responding to the needs and expectations of society at different levels. Based on this, the current research aims to identify and categorize the attitude of university experts regarding the upcoming challenges of the university’s interaction with society; using a mixed approach and Q method. The statistical population of the research consists of 18 experts and professors from different universities and higher education centers in the country, who were selected as sample members using the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The main reason for this choice is expertise, academic experience, and the writings of experts in the field of higher education. In the qualitative part of the research, by using 18 interviews, the space of discourse was obtained, and by using their opinions and views, Q options were obtained, and in continuation, the Q group was obtained. Also, in the quantitative section, the data obtained in the qualitative section were analyzed using SPSS software, and finally, seven main attitudes were identified in this field.
