بهینه کاوی اسناد اخلاق حرفه ای در دانشگاه ها؛ ارائه الگو و راهکارها

هدف این مقاله بهینه کاوی تجارب موفق (ملی و بین‌المللی) در حوزه مستندات اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشگاه‌ها و ارائه راهکارهایی به‌منظور بهبود آن بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر مشتمل بر 100 دانشگاه برتر جهان (بر اساس رتبه‌بندی رتبه‌بندی‌های معتبر شانگهای) و 539 دانشگاه ایران است که موردمطالعه قرارگرفته‌اند و از این تعداد 59 دانشگاه ایران و 100 دانشگاه خارج از کشور واجد مستندات حوزه اخلاق حرفه‌ای بودند؛ بنابراین روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش به‌صورت تمام شماری بود. این پژوهش کیفی است و از روش‌های مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و بهینه کاوی تجارب موفق ملی و بین‌المللی بهره برده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در حال حاضر در دانشگاه‌های ایران و حتی دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان بیشتر به عهدنامه اخلاقی توجه می‌شود و منشور اخلاقی مورد غفلت قرارگرفته است. درواقع دانشگاه‌هایی هم که دارای مستندات حوزه اخلاق حرفه‌ای هستند، وحدت رویه خاصی در بیان محتوای آن ندارند. از دیگر سو، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که سند جامع اخلاقی در دانشگاه‌ها باعث وحدت رویه در پیاده‌سازی اخلاقیات در دانشگاه‌ها می‌شود که این امر موجب مدیریت و تعامل بهتر و کاراتر و در کل پیاده‌سازی بهتر اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه‌ها می‌شود؛ بنابراین لازم است که روسا و مدیران دانشگاه‌ها توجه بیشتری نسبت به تدوین سند جامع اخلاقی برای دانشگاه‌ها داشته باشند. درنهایت بر اساس مطالعه مبانی نظری، پیشینه پژوهش و بهینه کاوی تجارب موفق ملی و بین‌المللی راهکارهایی به‌منظور تدوین و ارتقای مستندات حوزه اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشگاه‌ها ارائه شده است.

Benchmarking Professional Ethics Documents at Universities; Providing the Pattern and Solutions

This research aims to benchmark (national and international) experiences in the field of professional ethics documents at universities and provides solutions to improve it. The study population consisted of 100 top universities in the world (based on the Shanghai ranking) and 539 universities in Iran. Of these, 59 universities in Iran and 100 universities abroad have professional ethics documents. Therefore, the sampling method of this study is complete. This research is qualitative and has benefited from the methods of documentary, library studies, benchmarking and best practice. The research findings show that at present, at universities of Iran and even the world’s top universities, more attention is paid to ethical commitment. The code of ethics has been neglected. Indeed, universities that have professional ethics documents do not have integrity in their content. On the other hand, the findings indicate that the comprehensive ethics document at universities has created a unified approach to implementing ethics in universities, which leads to better and more effective management and interaction and, in general, a better implementation of professional ethics at the university. Therefore, it is necessary that the chief and manager of the university pay more attention to the development of a comprehensive ethics document for universities. Finally, based on the study of theoretical foundations, the history of research and benchmarking and best practice has been prepared some ways to develop and improve the professional ethics documents at universities.
