آموزش مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار در آموزش عالی با تاکید بر صلاحیت‌های پایداری دانش‌آموختگان (مطالعه موردی: دوره کارشناسی صنایع‌دستی)

هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی تغییرات و الزامات اساسی در ساختار آموزش عالی صنایع‌دستی باهدف کسب صلاحیت‌های پایداری دانش‌آموختگان است. چنانچه فلسفه و هدف آموزش عالی تربیت انسان پایدار در نظر گرفته شود، دانش‌آموخته موفق کسی است که همه صلاحیت‌های پایداری را کسب کرده و بتواند آن‌ها را در دانش و کنش خود تلفیق نماید. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش عبارت است از این‌که: چه نوع اقداماتی در ساختار آموزشی دوره کارشناسی صنایع‌دستی باید صورت گیرد تا دانش‌آموختگان صلاحیت‌های پایداری در این رشته را کسب نمایند؟ در این تحقیق که به روش کیفی و اکتشافی انجام‌شده، داده‌های اولیه از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 30 تن از خبرگان حوزه آموزش صنایع‌دستی و آموزش برای توسعه پایدار که به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی برگزیده شدند، به‌دست آمد و به روش تحلیل مضمون موردبررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد برای کسب صلاحیت‌های پایداری، ابتدا باید یکسری اقدام پژوهشی که عبارت است از بازآفرینی محتوای سواد پایداری در رشته صنایع‌دستی (مبانی نظری، اصول و روش‌های آموزش، اصول اخلاقی و بینشی) و سپس اقدامات اجرایی آموزشی که شامل توانمندسازی استادان، گسترش تعاملات برون دانشگاهی، بازنگری برنامه درسی، تغییر روش آموزش به یادگیری فعال و مشارکتی و تاکید بر مهارت‌های ضروری پایداری است، انجام پذیرد. نتیجه اینکه اگرچه صنایع‌دستی دارای ظرفیت‌های مناسبی در مواجهه با توسعه پایدار است، اما برای دریافت نتیجه مطلوب الزامی است آموزش عالی توجه خود را بیش از گذشته به این رشته معطوف نماید تا بتوان به کسب صلاحیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های لازم پایداری دانش‌آموختگان امید بست.

Sustainable Development-Based Education in Higher Education with Emphasis on Sustainability Competencies of the Graduates(Case Study: Bachelor course of Handicrafts)

This research aims to identify the basic changes and requirements in the structure of higher education of handicrafts to acquire the graduates’ sustainability qualifications. Since higher education’s philosophy and goal is to educate sustainable human beings, a successful graduate has acquired all the sustainability qualifications and can integrate them into his knowledge and actions. The main question of this research is as follows: What measures should be taken in the educational structure of the bachelor course of handicrafts in order for the graduates to acquire sustainable qualifications in the field? The method of this research is qualitative and exploratory. The initial data were obtained through semistructured interviews with 30 experts in the fields of handicrafts Education and the education for sustainable development, who were selected purposefully through the snowball method. The collected data were analyzed through the content analysis method. Findings showed that to obtain sustainability qualifications, a series of research actions should be performed in the first place, which is to recreate the content of sustainability literacy in the field of handicrafts (theoretical foundations, principles and methods of education, ethical principles and insights). Then executiveeducational measures, including empowering teachers, Expanding extracurricular interactions, curriculum revisions, changing teaching methods to active and participatory learning, and emphasizing the essential skills of sustainability, should be taken. It was concluded that although handicrafts have good capacities in the face of sustainable development, to get the desired result, it is necessary for higher education to pay more attention to this field to gain the required competencies and capabilities for graduates’ sustainability.
