الگویی برای دانشگاه سازگارشونده

این پژوهش با هدف، تحلیل محتوای مقالات تدوین شده در زمینه دانشگاه سازگارشونده در پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی جهت ارائه الگوی دانشگاه سازگارشونده تدوین شده‌است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب بوده‌است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه منابع پژوهشی این قلمرو 38 منبع بود. از این میان، 26 منبع گزینش شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از راهبرد کدگذاری باز و محوری استفاده شده‌است. یافته‌های این پژوهش همسو با دو پرسش؛ 1) مولفه‌های تشکیل دهنده دانشگاه سازگارشونده چیست؟ و 2) عوامل موثر بر پیچیدگی شرایط در آموزش‌عالی کدامند؟ ارائه شده‌است. در پاسخ به پرسش اول؛ در مطالعات داخلی با 6 مقوله‌ فرعی اولیه (علمی آکادمیک، حکمرانی، محیطی، پیچیدگی، ظرفیت‌های نرم و مالیه دانشگاهی) در قالب 18 مقوله‌ فرعی ثانویه با 175 مفهوم کلیدی دسته‌بندی شدند. در مطالعات خارجی 6 مقوله فرعی اولیه (علمی آکادمیک، حکمرانی، محیطی، پیچیدگی، ظرفیت‌های نرم و مالیه دانشگاهی) در قالب 13 مقوله فرعی ثانویه با 160 مفهوم کلیدی طبقه‌بندی شدند. در پاسخ به پرسش دوم، عوامل موثر بر پیچیدگی شرایط در آموزش‌عالی با 7 مقوله فرعی اولیه (جهانی شدن، تکنولوژی دیجیتالی، تداخل، مشارکت، دسترسی و فرصت برابر، بازاریابی، رقابت و ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت) در قالب 11 مقوله ثانویه با 50 مفهوم کلیدی جمع‌بندی شدند. سپس یافته‌های دو پرسش با یکدیگر ادغام شدند و در قالب الگوی شماتیک به تصویر کشیده شدند. در پایان بر اساس یافته‌ها، پیشنهادات سیاستی برای آموزش‌عالی ایران بیان شده‌است

A Model for an Adaptive University

With the increasing complexity and chaos of extracurricular higher education environments in diverse ecosystems, university adaptation to the environment as a social and activist system has become an inevitable necessity. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the content of articles compiled in the context of the University of Adaptation in internal and external research to present the Adaptive University model. This qualitative research has been formulated using Sandlowski and Barrowsochr’s (’39’) sevenstep crossover method. It seeks to answer two questions: 1) What are the constituent components of a compatible university? And 2) What are the factors affecting the complexity of the situation in higher education? Is. Therefore, after researching the databases of internal and external articles in the universityaffiliated context with relevant keywords, 26 out of 38 selected studies were finalized. After reading each article, the concepts were summarized and then merged in terms of meaning similarities to form primary subcategories, and then subcategories were categorized into secondary subcategories based on mergers. Findings In response to the first question, internal studies were categorized into 6 primary subcategories, 18 secondary subcategories with 175 key concepts, and external studies were categorized into 6 primary subcategories, 13 secondary subcategories, and 160 key concepts. In response to the second question, the factors affecting the complexity of higher education conditions were classified into 7 primary and 11 secondary subcategories with 50 key concepts. The findings of the two questions were then combined and illustrated in the schematic model. Finally, according to the findings, a policy lesson for higher education in Iran has been proposed
