ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اراﺋﻪ اﻟﮕﻮی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻓﺮاﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت، ﮐﺘﺐ، ﮔﺰارشﻫﺎی ﮐﺎری و اﻧﺘﺸﺎرات داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 2600 ﺳﻨﺪ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن 84 ﺳﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و از اﺑﺰار ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﮔﻠﯿﻦ (2006) ﺑﺮای ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، از ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﺑﺎز و ﻣﺤﻮری اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، ﺳﺒﺐ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﺮای داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻌﺪ ﭘﺪاﮔﻮژﯾﮏ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی، ﮐﻼس درس، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ، آﻣﻮزش و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻌﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﻫﺎ و ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻼت و ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ، ﻧﻈﺎم ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﮐﻨﺘﺮل و ﻧﻈﺎرت و ﺗﻀﻤﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﻨﺎواراﻧﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻓﻨﺎوری، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا و ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ؛ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ و ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻓﻨﺎوری از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ از ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻋﺼﺮ ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﺮد.

Developing Digital University model

The purpose of this study was to develop a Digital University model. The research method was qualitative which was used for this purpose meta synthesis. The research population consisted of 2600 scientific papers (including articles, books, dissertations and work reports), of which 84 were selected as sample. In order to validate the research findings, the critical tool of Glynn (2006) and the structured process of writing and analyzing the findings were used. The meta synthesis findings led to the identification of four key dimensions of Digital University. The pedagogical dimension of the digital university has included components of the learning ecosystem, classroom, curriculum, education, and digital library. The organizational dimension of the digital university has included policies and laws, culture and interactions and digital communications. The management dimension of the digital university has included financial management, knowledge management, evaluation system, control and supervision and digital quality assurance. Finally, the technological dimension includes technology platform, content management and digital support.
