شناسایی مولفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران

یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات در نظام آموزشی دانشگاه های نسل چهارم رهبری اخلاقی می‌باشد؛ این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی مولفه های رهبری اخلاقی از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی در دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش که شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله‌ای 480 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. به منظور بررسی روایی پرسشنامه نیز از روایی صوری، محتوا و سازه استفاده شد و به منظور محاسبه پایایی آن نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر روا و پایا بودن پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تحلیل داده ها با توجه به سوال های پژوهش از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون تی تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های رهبری اخلاقی در دانشگاه های ایران عبارتند از فردی، سازمانی و رفتار اخلاقی که نیاز هست مسئولین نظام آموزشی برنامه‌ریزی ویژه‌ای به رهبری اخلاقی در ابعاد فردی، سازمانی و رفتار اخلاقی داشته باشند.

Identifying the Ethical Leadership Components from Viewpoint of Faculty Members of Public Universities in Tehran

One of the most important issues in the educational system of fourthgeneration universities is moral leadership; this study aimed to identify the components of ethical leadership from the perspective of faculty members in public universities in Tehran. The statistical population of this study, which included all members of the faculty of public universities in Tehran, was selected as a sample size using a multistage cluster random sampling method of 480 people. In order to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, face validity, content, and structure were used and to calculate its reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used, which showed the validity and reliability of the researchermade questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis and a onesample ttest were used to analyze the data according to the research questions. The results showed that the components of ethical leadership in Iranian universities are individual, organizational and ethical behavior that is needed. The officials of the educational system should have special planning with moral leadership in individual, organizational and moral behavior dimensions.
