ارزیابی تاثیر اجرای طرح موتور یار بر ایمنی تردد موتورسیکلت سواران

همراه با رشد استفاده از موتورسیکلت، تصادفات و تلفات ناشی از آن نیز افزایش یافته به طوری که موتورسیکلت سواران از جمله آسیب پذیرترین کاربران ترافیک به شمار می آیند. از طرف دیگر نیاز به برخورد با تخلفات رانندگی این گروه از کاربران ترافیک منجر به رسوبی شدن پارکینگ ها، درگیری و مشکلات عدیده گردیده که با توجه به وضعیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی فعلی جامعه، نیاز به اجرای طرح موتوریار به عنوان مجازات جایگزین جهت برقراری انضباط ترافیکی احساس می گردد بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش مطالعه تاثیر اجرای طرح موتوریار بر ایمنی تردد موتورسیکلت سواران می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی و از نظر رویکرد کمی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه موتورسیکلت سواران شهر تهران که در طرح موتوریار شرکت کرده یا توسط پلیس اعمال قانون شده اند و روش نمونه گیری آن به روش تصادفی منظم، برابر با جدول مورگان385 نفر بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده شامل اطلاعات مربوط به تصادفات خسارتی، جرحی و تخلفات ترافیکی موتورسیکلت سواران، یک سال قبل و بعد از شرکت آنان در طرح موتوریار، از آزمون تی زوجی (همبسته) و سایر آزمون های آماری با استفاده از نرم افزارspss25   انجام شده است. متوسط میانگین میزانِ ارتکاب تخلفات ترافیکی موتورسیکلت سواران بعد از شرکت در طرح موتوریار در تخلف عدم استفاده ازکلاه ایمنی22.391، تردد در خطوط ویژه اتوبوس رانی10.853، حمل بار غیر متعارف4.909حرکت در پیاده رو1.871، حرکت در خلاف جهت عبور12.364 و تخلف ناخوانا بودن پلاک موتورسیکلت 18.287 و همچنین متوسط میانگین میزان وقوع تصادفات خسارتی8.52 و جرحی12.43 کاهش داشته است. آمارهای استنباطی مبین رابطه معنی دار بین اجرای طرح موتوریار و ایمنی تردد موتورسیکلت سواران بود. اجرای این طرح با تکیه بر آموزش میدانی رانندگان متخلف، توانسته رفتار ترافیکی این گروه از کاربرانِ آسیب پذیر ترافیک را اصلاح و موجب ارتقاء ایمنی تردد آنان گردد.

evaluating the impact of the implementation of motoryar project on the safety of motorcycle riders

along with growth of motorcycle use, the accidents and casualties caused by it have also increased, so that motorcycle riders are among the most vulnerable traffic users. on the other hand, the need to deal with the traffic violations of this group of traffic users has led to sedimentation of parking lots, the need to implement the motoyar project as an alternative punishment to establish traffic discipline is felt, so the main purpose of this research is to study the effect of motoryar project implementation on the traffic safety of motorcycle riders. this research is applied in terms of objective, descriptive in nature and quantitative in terms of approach. the statistical population includes all the motorcycle riders of tehran city and its sampling method was regular random method, equal to morgan’s table, 385 people. to analyze the collected data, including the information related to accidents with damages, injuries and traffic violations of motorcycle riders, one year before and after their participation in the motoryar project, from paired t-test. it was done using spss25 software. the mean average rate of traffic violations by motorcycle riders after participating in the motoryar project was 22.391, not using helmets, 10.853 special bus lanes, carrying unconventional cargo 4.909, moving on the sidewalk 1.871 , movement in the opposite direction of passing 12/364 and violation of illegible motorcycle license plate 18/287, as well as the average rate of damage accidents 8/52 and injury 12/43 has decreased. the inferential statistics showed a significant relationship between the implementation of the motoyar project and the safety of motorcycle riders. the implementation of this project, based on the field training of the offending drivers, has been able to improve the traffic behavior of this group of vulnerable traffic users and improve their traffic safety.
