‌ارزیابی ریسک برخورد خودرو-خودرو در حرکت های گردش به چپ تقاطعات

تعادل میان ایمنی و بهره‌وری عملیاتی حرکات گردش به چپ در تقاطع‌ها خصوصا معابر درون شهری نیاز به توجه ویژه دارد. در میان انواع تقاطعات، تقاطعات چراغ‌دار این نیاز را بیشتر نمایان می‌سازد، زیرا در عین این حال که گردش به چپ محافظت شده ایمنی را افزایش می‌دهد، محافظت غیر ضروری از گردش به چپ می‌تواند تاخیر عملیاتی را به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش دهد. روش‌های ارزیابی سنتی و متداول ایمنی عمدتا بر پایه آمار تصادفات ترافیکی است، که به دلایلی چون، نادر بودن تصادفات، سطح گزارش‌دهی نامناسب، عدم در نظرگیری جنبه‌های رفتاری کاربران راه و همچنین صرف زمان و هزینه زیاد برای برداشت اطلاعات کارایی مطلوب برای بکارگیری استراتژی‌های کوتاه مدت و مطالعات قبل و بعد ندارد. بنابراین در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک تداخل ترافیکی خود براساس رویداد‌های با فرکانس وقوع بیشتر از تصادفات است، راهکاری جهت ارزیابی ایمنی تداخلات مربوط به گردش به چپ ارائه می‌شود.

the balance between safety and operational efficiency of left turn movements at intersections, especially inner city roads, needs special attention. among the types of intersections, lighted intersections highlight this need more, because at the same time that protected left turn increases safety, unnecessary left turn protection can cause operational delays. increase significantly. the traditional and common safety evaluation methods are mainly based on traffic accident statistics, due to reasons such as the rarity of accidents, inappropriate reporting level, failure to consider the behavioral aspects of road users, and spending a lot of time and money to collect information. it does not have good efficiency for using short-term strategies and before and after studies. therefore, in the present research, using its own traffic conflict technique, based on events with a higher frequency of occurrence than accidents, a solution is presented to evaluate the intersection safety of conflict related to left turns.
