ارزیابی ویژگی‌های قطار حومه‌ای در برابر سایر وسایل حمل و نقل عمومی و خصوصی

پیشرفت و صنعتی شدن جوامع و به تبع آن زایش و توسعه حومه‌های شهری، افزایش شدید تقاضای سفر را به همراه آورده است.  این افزایش تقاضا در کنار جهش رشد درصد مالکیت خودرو  منجر به پدیدآوری مسائل و مشکلات متعددی مانند افزایش بی رویه مصرف انرژی، انواع آلودگی زیست محیطی، تاخیر و تراکم ترافیک و مسائل روحی و روانی ناشی از اختلال ترافیک شده است. چالش‌ اصلی پیش روی سیاست گذاران حمل و نقل در کنار عرضه‌ سیستمی‌ کارآمد جهت پاسخ به حجم انبوه سفرها، تمهید اقداماتی در راستای کاهش خسارات فوق است. قطار حومه‌ای یک سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی ‌ریلی است با هدف پاسخگویی به سفرهای رفت و برگشتی روزانه با موضوعاتی مانند کار، آموزش، تحصیل و تجارت است. این سیستم  می‌تواند با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های خود در بهبود مشکلات ناشی از حمل و نقل نقشی اساسی ایفا کند و حتی در طولانی مدت منجر به بهره‌وری اقتصادی گردد. در این پژوهش معین می‌شود که تا چه اندازه قطار حومه‌ای می‌تواند به نیاز‌های حمل و نقلی این خطوط پاسخ دهد و افزایش خدمات به‌ کارگیری این سیستم در مقایسه با سایر شیوه‌ها دارای چه مزایایی است. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل و ارزیابی توانایی‌ها و عملکرد قطار حومه‌ای از جنبه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی و ترافیکی است تا با برجسته‌سازی خصوصیات این سیستم گامی موثر در بسط عرصه‌ علمی و پژوهشی ورود این سیستم به چرخه رقابت پایدار برداشته شود تحلیل همزمان دو خط با خصوصیات مختلف مناطق حومه‌ای، تبیین معیارهایی مطابق با توسعه‌های نوین شهری، افزایش سهم مطلوبیت‌های شخصی کاربران در سایر معیارها از جنبه‌های نوآوری این پژوهش هستند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل اماری چند شاخصه اینگونه استدلال می‌شود که بر اساس معیار‌های تعیین شده قطار حومه‌ای با کسب اکثریت امتیازات حد ایده‌آل تعریف شده دارای رتبه نخست و دارای بالاترین حد مطلوبیت نسبت به سایر شیوه‌های حمل و نقلی است.

evaluating the characteristics of the suburban train against other public and private transportation vehicles

the development and industrialization of communities, and consequently the birth and development of urban suburbs, has led to a sharp increase in travel demand. this increase in demand, along with the jump in the growth rate of car ownership, has led to the emergence of several problems, such as excessive energy consumption, environmental pollution, traffic delays , and psychological problems caused by traffic the main challenge for transportation policy makers, in addition to providing to respond to the large volume of travel, is to take measures to reduce the above losses. the suburban train is a rail's public transportation system that runs between the distances of a metropolis with topics such as work, education, and business. this system can to play a key role in improving transportation problems and even lead to economic efficiency in the long run. this study determines the extent to which suburban trains can meet the transportation needs and what are the benefits of increasing the services of using this system compared to other methods. the purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of suburban trains from various economic, social and traffic aspects to highlight the characteristics of this system to take an effective step in expanding the scientific field of this system into enter the cycle of sustainable competition in the transportation of suburban areas. simultaneous analysis of two lines with different characteristics of suburban areas, explanation of criteria in tod, increasing the share of personal preferences of users in other criteria are aspects of innovation in this study in this research, using the research method of multi‌criteria statistical ,it is argued that according to the set criteria, suburban train by gaining the majority of points defined as the ideal limit, it has the first rank and has the highest level of desirability.
