اندازه‌گیری اثرات سرریز بنادر بر رشد اقتصادی در ایران: یک تحلیل اقتصادسنجی فضایی

بندر به عنوان یک زیرساخت مرکزی و حیاتی در سیستم حمل و نقل دریایی نقشی مهم و اساسی ایفاء می‌کند. این امکان که منافع بنادر در یک منطقه بزرگتر نسبت به منطقه بندری منتشر می‌شوند، چندین پرسش پژوهشی را مطرح می‌سازد که پرسش اصلی مرتبط با سنجش آثار سرریز در مناطق همجوار است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا اثرات سرریز بنادر بر رشد اقتصادی در ایران با تحلیل اقتصادسنجی فضایی اندازه‌گیری نماید. داده‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش در بازه زمانی 1384 تا 1392 مجموعه 23 استان غیر ساحلی و 7 استان ساحلی را پوشش می‌دهند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که طی دوره نه ساله مورد بررسی عملکرد بنادر تاثیر مثبتی بر تولید استان‌های ساحلی ایران داشته است اما اثر سرریز در این دوره منفی بوده است. به عبارت دیگر، یک افزایش در سطح عملکرد بندر در یک ناحیه مشخص تمایل دارد gdp در سایر مناطق را کاهش دهد.

Measurement of Spillover Effects of Ports on Iran’s Economic Growth: A Spatial Econometrics Analysis

AbstractPorts as an essential and vital infrastructure has important role in the marine transport systems. The possibility that port benefits spread to the larger area, often larger than the port region, raises different research questions: the main one is related to measuring possible spillover effects in the neighboring regions. Therefore, the present study aims to measure the ports spillover effects on economic growth in Iran by a spatial econometric analysis. The data used in this study cover the 23 non coastal provinces and 7 coastal provinces during the period from 2005 to 2014. The results show that during the studied period, the performance of ports has positive effect on the production of coastal provinces of Iran, but the effect of spillover is negative. In other words, an increase in the port's performance level in one area will reduce the GDP of other areas. . . . . . .
