بررسی سهم و نقش نیروی کار از تولید و اثر آن بر رشد اقتصادی بخش حمل و نقل جاده‌ای کشور

حمل ونقل جاده ای به عنوان یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رونق اقتصادی، از طریق جابجایی بار و مسافر، زمینه های امکان دسترسی به رفاه و تسهیلات ملی را افزایش می دهد. بنابراین، توجه به بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای کشور و شناخت وضعیت آن به لحاظ کمی و کیفی، در تصمیم گیری ها و برنامه ریزیها در سطوح مختلف کلان و خرد، اهمیت به سزایی دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه میان نیروی کار و رشد اقتصادی در بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای و برآورد تابع تولید در بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای کشور با استفاده از تابع تولید ترانسلوگ طی دوره زمانی 94-1353 می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که اگر نهاده موجودی سرمایه  یک درصد افزایش یابد، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای به میزان 0.17 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت. کشش جزئی نهاده نیروی کار0.54 می باشد که نشان می دهد که افزایش یک درصدی در نیروی کار بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای  به میزان 0.54 درصد رشد خواهد نمود. یکی دیگر از متغیرهای اثرگذار بر عوامل تولید در بخش حمل و نقل جاده ای انرژی می باشد که اثر مثبتی دارد و میزان اثرگذاری آن 0.22 بوده که حاکی از آن است که افزایش یک درصدی در مصرف انرژی این بخش، ارزش افزوده بخش حمل ونقل جاده ای 0.22درصد رشد خواهد کرد.

Investigating the Role of Labor in Production and Its Effect on Economic Growth of Iran’s Road Transport Sector

Road transport as one of the factors of affecting economic, Displacement of goods and passengers, areas of access to facilities and national welfare increases and Investment in this sector as a key factor, determining a critical role in the road transport sector is growing. Therefore, the transitional capital of the department of road transport and the changes is important in this section and Understanding of the quantitative and qualitative, decisionmaking and planning in the road transport sector in the macro and micro levels, is important. The objective of this paper is Estimate of production function in the Iran’s road transport sector using Translog production function during years of 19742011. The results show that if a percent Capital stockIncrease, the value added of road transport will grow 0.17 percent. Partial elasticity ofLabor is 0.54 that show increasing a percent in labor of road transport increased value added of road transport to 0.54. Another effective variables on factors of production in the Iran’s road transport sector is energy consumption that has a positive impact and the effect is 0.22 that Show increasing a percent in energy consumption of this sector, increased value added of road transport to 0.22
