بررسی اثر توسعه‌ی انسانی بر قیمت سایه‌ای تصادفات جاده‌ای در ایران

هدف این مطالعه بررسی توسعه ی انسانی و برخی عوامل اقتصادی تاثیرگذار بر قیمت سایه ای تصادفات جاده ای در اقتصاد ایران است. لذا این مطالعه به تجزیه و تحلیل ارتباط مذکور در قالب روش اقتصاد سنجی ardl طی دوره (1395-1371) پرداخته است. نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش گویای این مطلب است که، یک درصد بهبود سطح توسعه ی انسانی منجر به کاهش تلفات ناشی از تصادفات و به تبع آن کاهش 2.1 درصدی قیمت سایه ای تصادفات جاده ای می شود. همچنین می توان مدعی شد تولید ناخالص داخلی و قیمت سایه ای تصادفات و تلفات جاده ای با هم در ارتباط بوده و این ارتباط به گونه ای است که همراه با رشد اقتصادی، قیمت سایه ای تلفات جاده ای افزایش یافته و پس از رسیدن به یک نقطه عطف، شاهد کاهش میزان قیمت سایه ای تلفات جاده ای خواهیم بود. به عبارت دیگر این همان رابطه ی u وارون منحنی کوزنتس است که در ارتباط با قیمت سایه ای تلفات جاده ای و تولید ناخالص داخلی برای ایران مصداق پیدا کرده است. از دیگر نتایج به دست آمده در این تحقیق رابطه ی منفی میان متغیر سرمایه گذاری در زیر ساخت های بخش حمل و نقل با قیمت سایه ای تلفات جاده ای و ارتباط مثبت میان تعداد وسایل نقلیه موتوری با قیمت سایه ای تلفات جاده ای می باشد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت:  ارتقاء سطح آگاهی و آموزش نیروی انسانی می تواند سبب کاهش قیمت سایه ای تصادفات جاده ای شود

Investigating the Effect of Human Development on the Shadow Price of Road Accidents in Iran

The purpose of this study is to evaluate human development and some economic factors affecting the shadow price of road accidents in Iran's economy. So this study analyzes this relationship in the form of econometric methods ARDL for (19922015) period. The results of this study suggest that the improvement in the level of human development reduces losses from accidents and consequently reduces the shadow price of road accidents. Also the results of this study suggest that it can be claimed that GDP and shadow price of road accidents and casualties associated with each other. This relationship shows that with economic growth, the shadow price of the road casualties' increase and after reaching a milestone, the price of shadow road casualties will reduce. In other words, this is the inverse U Kuznets curve relationship that is applied truly for Iran in relation to the shadow price of the road casualties and GDP. Another result obtained in this study, shows the negative relationship between the investment variable in transportation infrastructure with road casualties shadow prices and positive relationship between the numbers of vehicles with road casualties shadow price.
