تجزیه وتحلیل عوامل درونی مدل الماس ملی مایکل پورتر بر توسعه مزیت رقابتی و ارائه مدل اثربخش (مورد مطالعه: بنادر ودریانوردی بوشهر)

امروزه با توجه به تغییرات سریع  و شدید در محیط  اقتصادی بین الملل، هیچ یک از تئوری ها برای علت تجارت کشورها و دلیل موفقیت کشوری در صنعتی خاص، و توانایی یک کشور در حفظ موقعیت رقابتی خود در بلند مدت کافی و پاسخگو نیست و نیاز به ارائه نظریه ای است که بتواند و رای مزیت نسبی، به بیان دلایل رقابت پذیری یک صنعت در سطح جهان بپردازد. این تئوری باید بتواند علت دستیابی کشوری به مزیت رقابتی را در همه ابعاد و با در نظر گرفتن پویایی محیط رقابتی امروز تشریح کند. نظریه ای که بتواند همه نیازها و شرایط فوق را پاسخگو باشد، مدل الماس مزیت  ملی  رقابتی مایکل پورتر است. آگاهی از مزیت ها و عدم مزیت های صنایع داخلی و خارجی می تواند به شناخت بهتر توانایی ها و ظرفیت های بالقوه صنعت مورد مطالعه کمک شایانی نماید. نوع پژوهش، توسعه ای و از نظر هدف اکتشافی –  توصیفی،  داده های تحقیق از نوع کیفی، محل اجرای تحقیق میدانی، دوره زمانی انجام پژوهش مقطعی، روش گردآوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی می باشد.  نتایج کلی حاصل از تحقیق نشان می دهدکه همه ی مولفه های مدل الماس ملی مایکل پورتردر بنادر ودریانوردی بوشهر از منظر پاسخ دهندگان جامعه آماری از وضعیت خوب و رقابتی برخوردار بوده، که امکان دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی را برای این بندر میسر نموده است. لزوم حفظ و توسعه مزیت رقابتی صنعت مورد تحقیق، در گرو تحقق به موقع نظرات و پیشنهادات ارائه شده در مصاحبه ها و نظرخواهی ها می باشد.
