چکیده
|
The time evolution of thequantum entropy in a coherently driven threelevelquantum dot (qd) molecule isinvestigated. the entanglement of quantum dotmolecule and its spontaneous emission field iscoherently controlled by the gat voltage and theintensity of applied field. it is shown that thedegree of entanglement between a three-levelquantum dot molecule and its spontaneousemission fields can be decreased by increasingthe tunneling parameter.
