مدیریت و ارزیابی ریسک پروژه های ساخت تونل با روش ترکیبی ویکور و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp)

مدیریت پروژه شامل مدیریت زمان، هزینه، کیفیت و ریسک پروژه است. هر پروژه دارای قیود زمان، هزینه و کیفیت می باشد. از آنجایی که هر یک از این قیود پتانسیل ریسک دارند، در نتیجه مدیریت ریسک پروژه امری ضروری می باشد. افزایش هزینه و توسعه مقیاس پروژه ها از یک سو و افزایش عدم قطعیت و ریسک پروژه ها از سوی دیگر، سبب شده است که مدیریت و ارزیابی ریسک از اهمیت برخوردار باشد. هدف مدیریت و ارزیابی ریسک، شناسایی و ارزیابی رویداد های تصادفی است که می توانند اثر مثبت یا منفی بر اهداف پروژه داشته باشند. در این پژوهش، یک مدل ترکیبی برای مدیریت و ارزیابی ریسک های مرتبط با عملیات ساخت تونل با استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ارائه شده است. پس از شناسایی ریسک ها و اجرای فرآیند دلفی، برای دسته بندی ریسک ها از ساختار جامع شکست ریسک (rbs)، برای وزن دهی ریسک ها از روش تحلیل سلسه مراتبی (ahp) و جهت تعیین رتبه ریسک ها از روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ویکور استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در میان ریسک ها، ریسک نیروی انسانی، ریسک های اقتصادی و ریسک های مدیریت در دسته ریسک های بحرانی قرار گرفته اند.

Management and Assessment of Tunnel Construction Projects risks Using Combinatorial Method of the VIKOR and Analytical Hierarchy process

The project management involves time management, cost, quality and risk of the project. Each project has time constraints, cost and quality. Since each of these constraints have a potential for risk, therefore, project risk management is essential. Increasing the cost and expanding the scale of projects on the one hand and increasing the uncertainty and risk of projects on the other hand has made risk management and assessment important. The purpose of risk management and assessment is to identify and evaluate accidental events that can have a positive or negative impact on project goals. In this study, a hybrid model for managing and evaluating the risks associated with tunneling operations using Multiplecriteria decision making methods is presented. After identifying the risks and performing the Delphi process, Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) was used to categorize the risks , Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) has been used for risk weighting, and VIKOR multiplecriteria decision making has been used to determine the risk ratings. The results showed that among the risks, the risk of manpower, Economic risk and management Risk were classified as critical risks.
