   بررسی خواص الکتریکی قطعات ساندویچی لایه نازک پیوند ناهمگن بروموآلومینیوم فتالوسیانین وسرب فتالوسیانین(Al/BrAlPc/PbPc/Al)

چکیده    Nanostructure thin films of bromo aluminum phthalocyanine (bralpc) and lead phthalocyanine (pbpc) were in turn deposited on a glass substrate by using electron beam gun (ebg) technique. sandwich device of al/bralpc/pbpc/al were prepared in our laboratory under vacuum of 10-5 torr. the electrical behavior of devices investigated over the range of frequency 102 -105 hz and the temperature range 303 to 403 k. all measurements were performed at different temperatures under dark conditions. the applied electrodes of aluminum were represented schottky contacts. in current paper, capacitance and dissipation factor (tan ?) decrease with increasing frequency and increase with raising temperature. the obtained results from measurements can be described by the theory of simmons et al.
