مطالعه ی آناتومیکی حفره بینی و سینوس های اطراف آن در گوسفند سنگسری از طریق تصاویر سی تی اسکن

تکنیک های مدرن تصویر برداری تشخیصی این امکان را ایجاد می کنند که با بررسی دقیق ارگان ها و ساختار ها در مقاطع و زوایای مختلف تصویر دقیقی از موقعیت و وضعیت آن ها به دست آید.  به جهت کمبود اطلاعات تخصصی در زمینه ی حفره ی بینی و سینوس های اطراف آن در گوسفندهای نژادهای ایرانی، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت طبیعی این ساختار ها از طریق تصاویر سی تی اسکن طراحی گردید.  یافته های این مطالعه جهت بررسی آسیب ها در حفره ی بینی و سینوس ها و انجام اعمالی مانند شاخ بری و سینوسکوپی کمک کننده است.  جهت انجام این مطالعه تعداد 8 سر گوسفند نر نژاد سنگسری که در بررسی بالینی اولیه سالم بودند، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.  تصاویر از مقاطع طولی و عرضی تهیه شد و در بیشتر موارد تصاویر به صورت عمود بر استخوان کامی اخذ شد.  همچنین دندان های گونه ای به عنوان راهنمای موقعیت تصویر در نظر گرفته شد.  در این مطالعه مشخص گردید که در گوسفند نژاد سنگسری سینوس های آرواره ای، کامی، پیشانی و اشکی سینوس های اطراف حفره ی بینی را تشکیل می دهند که محدوده و جایگاه هر یک از آن ها در این مطالعه بررسی شده است.  علاوه بر آن موقعیت و شکل بوقک ها و مجاری بینی مطالعه گردید.  نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که حفره ی بینی و مجاری آن در گوسفند سنگسری به نسبت نشخوار کنندگان دیگر وسیع تر بوده و مجرای شکمی بینی وسعت زیادی دارد.  موقعیت و تعداد سینوس های اطراف بینی با وجود تفاوت های اندک، همانند سایر نشخوارکنندگان و نژادهای دیگر گوسفند است.  سی تی اسکن تصویر جامعی از اجزای ساختارهای موجود در ناحیه ی سر به ویژه حفره ی بینی و سینوس های اطراف آن در گوسفند ارائه می دهد و روشی مناسب جهت تشخیص انواع نئوپلازی، تروما، بیماری التهابی عفونی و غیر عفونی در این ناحیه می باشد.

anatomical study of nasal cavity and surrounding sinuses in sangsari sheep through ct scan images

modern diagnostic imaging techniques make it possible to obtain an accurate picture of the organs and the position of the structures in different sections and angles. due to the lack of specialized information about the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in iranian sheep, this study was designed to assess normal morphology and position of these structures through ct scan images. the findings of the present study may help assess the injuries of the nasal cavity and sinuses and perform surgeries such as herniation and sinoscopy. to conduct this study, the heads of 8 male sheep that were healthy in the initial clinical examination were used. images were taken from longitudinal and transverse sections, and in most cases, the images were taken perpendicular to the palatine bone. cheek teeth were also considered as an image position guide. this study found that in sangesari sheep, the maxillary, palatine, frontal, and lacrimal are the sinuses around the nasal cavity. the extent of each of them has been investigated in this study. also, the position and shape of the nasal conchae and meatuses were studied. the results of this study showed that the nasal cavity is more expansive in sheep than other ruminants. the extent and position of the paranasal sinuses follow their general shape and pattern in other ruminants and other breeds of sheep. ct scan provides a comprehensive picture of the components of the structures in the head, especially the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in sheep. it is a suitable method for diagnosing various types of neoplasms, trauma, infectious and non-infectious inflammatory diseases in this area.
