تاثیر عوامل محیطی بر پوشش‌گیاهی مراتع منطقه سمیرم استان اصفهان با استفاده از آنالیز رج‌بندی

همبستگی بین پوشش‌گیاهی و عوامل محیطی از مهمترین مباحث مرتبط با ساختار و عملکرد جوامع گیاهی است. عوامل محیطی نظیر اقلیم، توپوگرافی و خاک، می تواند پویایی جوامع گیاهی را دستخوش تغییرات ‌کند. در این پژوهش، اثر عوامل محیطی بر پوشش گیاهی برخی مکان‌های مرتعی منطقه سمیرم استان اصفهان بررسی شد. نمونه‌برداری در 52 مکان مرتعی مورد مطالعه به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک  انجام گرفت. در هر مکان،  40 پلات یک متر مربعی در امتداد چهار ترانسکت انداخته و در هر پلات درصد پوشش گونه‌های گیاهی به روش تخمین نظری اندازه‌گیری شد. لایه‌های رقومی متغیرهای اقلیمی و توپوگرافی در محیط 10.1 arcgis تهیه و مقادیر مربوط به مکان‌های مرتعی استخراج گردید. نمونه‌های خاک از مناطق مورد مطالعه برداشت و برخی خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز افزونگی (rda) و تجزیه خوشه‌ای نشان داد که متغیرهای میانگین دمای سالانه، همدمایی و متوسط دما در مرطوب‌ترین فصل، اسیدیته، بافت و ماده آلی خاک و ارتفاع از سطح دریا تاثیرگذارترین عوامل موثر بر درصد پوشش گونه‌های گیاهی می‌باشند.

Effects of environmental factors on vegetation in rangelands of Semirom (Isfahan province) using ordination analysis

Correlation between vegetation and environmental variables is the most important issue related to the structure and function of rangeland ecosystems. Environmental factors such as climate, topography, and soil can alter the dynamics of plant communities. In this study, the effects of environmental factors on vegetation of some rangeland sites in Semirom region of Isfahan province were evaluated. Sampling was carried out at 52 rangeland sites in a randomsystematic way. At each location, 40 plots of one square meter were placed along four transects, and the percentage of vegetation cover in each plot was measured using ocularestimate method. The grid layers of bioclimatic and topographic variables were prepared in ArcGIS 10.1 and values for each range site were extracted. Soil samples were collected from range sites and some physical and chemical properties of the samples were measured. Redundancy Analysis (RDA) was used to evaluate the relationships between environmental factors and the plant species cover. Cluster analysis was also used to group the studied range sites based on environmental factors. According to the results, annual mean temperature, isothermality, mean temperature of wettest quarter, soil texture, pH, organic matter, and elevation were identified as the most important ecological factors affecting plant species cover.
