تاملی در ویژگیهای نوع ادبی حکایت و تفاوت آن با قصه

مساله‌ اصلی این مقاله، ارائه تعریف دقیق حکایتهای ادبیات فارسی بر مبنای کاررفت ویژه‌ عناصر آن به شکل عنصر غالب است؛ زیرا یکی از مواردی که قالبهای ادبیات داستانی را از یکدیگر متمایز می‌کند، نحوه‌ کاربرد عناصر داستانی است. این مقاله با شیوه تحلیل مقایسه‌ای و با بررسی تفاوتهای این دو نوع، سعی می‌کند نوع ادبی حکایت را باز تعریف کند و تفاوتهای آن را با قصه نشان دهد. بررسیها نشان داد کاررفت ویژه‌ عناصر روایی، ویژگیهای خاص ارجاع به واقعیت، آموزشی بودن و عدم‌انسجام، نوع ادبی حکایت را از دیگر انواع داستانی، بویژه قصه، متمایز می‌کند. در نهایت این مباحث مقدمه‌ای است برای مباحثی از قبیل زمینه‌های پیدایی انواع داستانی سنتی در فرهنگ ایرانی و دلایل افول آنها در روزگار معاصر.
