تاثیر اعتماد اجتماعی بر رشد اقتصادی با تاکید بر مورد ایران

امروزه بیشتر دانشمندان علوم اجتماعی و اقتصادی نقش مهم عوامل فرااقتصادی مانند اعتماد اجتماعی در فرایند توسعه اقتصادی جوامع را پذیرفته‎اند. از نظر آنان اعتماد عمومی نه فقط با ایجاد زمینه‎‎های همکاری و هماهنگی میان افراد و گروه‎ها و کاهش هزینه‎های تولید، توزیع و مبادله در نظام اقتصادی بلکه از طرق متعدد دیگری بر رشد اقتصادی تاثیرگذار است. این مقاله ضمن بررسی راه‎های اثرگذاری اعتماد اجتماعی بر توسعه اقتصادی درصدد ارائۀ چارچوب مفهومی و تعریفی کاربردی از اعتماد اجتماعی و انطباق آن بر شرایط رشد در جامعه امروز ایران است. در این تحقیق از روش تطبیق الگوی اعتماد اجتماعی بر چهار دهۀ اخیر جامعۀ ایران و برای الگوی سازوکار تاثیر اعتماد اجتماعی بر رشد اقتصادی از چندین رویکرد استفاده شده است. مقاله نتیجه می‎گیرد: «مسئولیت‎پذیری، مدیریت کارآمد، افزایش معاملات تجاری، کاهش‎ خطرهای احتمالی در معاملات، افزایش‎ سرمایه‎گذاری داخلی و خارجی، کاهش هزینه‎های سرمایه‎گذاری، ایجاد دولت‎های رفاه» ازجمله عوامل میانجی تاثیرگذار در مکانیسم اعتماد اجتماعی و رشد اقتصادی هستند.

the effect of social trust on economic growth with emphasis on the case of iran

today, most social and economic scientists have accepted the important role of extra-economic factors such as social trust in the process of economic development of societies. according to them, public trust is not only effective by creating cooperation and coordination between individuals and groups and reducing the costs of production, distribution and exchange in the economic system, but also in many other ways on economic growth. this article, while examining the ways of influencing social trust on economic development, tries to provide a conceptual framework and a practical definition of social trust and its adaptation to the conditions of growth in today's iranian society. in this research, the method of applying the model of social trust to the last four decades of iranian society and several approaches have been used for the model of the mechanism of the effect of social trust on economic growth. the article concludes: responsibility, efficient management, increasing business transactions, reducing possible risks in transactions, increasing domestic and foreign investment, reducing investment costs, creating welfare states among the factors. they are an effective mediator in the mechanism of social trust and economic growth.
