طراحی چارچوب توسعه بازار اوراق بهادار اسلامی (صکوک) سرمایه‎گذاری با مسئولیت اجتماعی در بازار سرمایه جمهوری اسلامی ایران

صکوک، که با عنوان اوراق بهادار اسلامی شناخته می‎شوند، به‎عنوان جایگزین اوراق قرضه در مدت بیش از یک دهه به یکی از بخش‎های مهم صنعت مالی اسلامی تبدیل ‎شده است و با گذشت زمان، بسیاری از کشورهای اسلامی و حتی غیراسلامی در این بخش وارد شده یا فعالیت خود را در آن گسترش داده‎اند. یکی از پیشرفت‎های اخیر بازار اوراق بهادار اسلامی، انتشار اوراق سرمایه‎گذاری با مسئولیت اجتماعی (sri) است که بر مسائل زیست‎محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیتی (esg)  تمرکز دارد. منظور از سرمایه‎گذاری‎های با مسئولیت اجتماعی، ادغام ارزش‎های شخصی و دغدغه‎های اجتماعی با تصمیمات سرمایه‎گذاری است. در این پژوهش، ضمن بررسی خاستگاه نظری و سیر تطوری اوراق بهادار اسلامی سرمایه‎گذاری با مسئولیت اجتماعی، مولفه‎های موثر بر توسعه بازار اوراق بهادار اسلامی سرمایه‎گذاری با مسئولیت اجتماعی در بازار سرمایه جمهوری اسلامی ایران احصا و به‎منظور اعتبارسنجی این مولفه‎ها از طریق توزیع پرسش‎نامه به جمع‎آوری نظرات خبرگان در این رابطه پرداخته شده است. در پایان نیز با استفاده از روش نگاشت شناختی فازی، چارچوب توسعه بازار اوراق بهادار اسلامی سرمایه‎گذاری با مسئولیت اجتماعی در بازار سرمایه جمهوری اسلامی ایران طراحی و مفاهیم و مولفه‎های اثرگذار بر توسعه این بازار دسته‎بندی شده است.

designing the development framework of the socially responsible investment securities (sukuk) in the capital market of the islamic republic of iran

sukuk, which is known as islamic security, has become one of the important sectors of the islamic financial industry as an alternative to bonds for more than a decade, and since then, many islamic and even non-islamic institutions have entered this sector or have expanded their activities in it. one of the next developments in the islamic securities market is the issuance of socially responsible investment sukuk that focuses on environmental, social, and governance issues. socially responsible investments refer to personal values and social concerns with investment decisions.in the present research, while examining the theoretical origin and the development course of socially responsible investment sukuk, factors affecting the development of the socially responsible investment sukuk market in the capital market of the islamic republic of iran were counted, and through the distribution of the questionnaire, experts’ opinions were collected in this regard. the publication of the questionnaire was done to collect the opinions of experts in this regard. in the second stage, the correlation of the components was done. in the end, using the fuzzy cognitive mapping method, the development of the islamic investment market in the capital market of the islamic republic of iran was designed and the concepts and components affecting the development of this market were presented.
