برآورد کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت تاثیر شوک‌های قیمتی برق بر تقاضای برق مسکونی و تجاری اهواز به روش ardl

هدف اصلی در این تحقیق بررسی و برآورد واکنش تقاضای برق مسکونی و تجاری نسبت به شوک‌های قیمتی برق، در شهر اهواز براساس روش هم‌جمعی ardl در دوره زمانی سالانه 1391-1370 است. به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر شوک‌های قیمت برق از پالایه هودریک پرسکات (1980)، استفاده شده است. نتایج برآورد تابع تقاضا نشان داد که در اهواز، برق برای مصرف‌کنندگان مسکونی و تجاری کالایی با کشش محسوب می‌شود. همچنین مقایسه کشش‌های قیمتی مسکونی و تجاری نشان می‌دهد که مصرف‌کنندگان بخش مسکونی به قیمت‌های شوک برق و مصرف‌کنندگان بخش تجاری به روند قیمت برق واکنش بیشتری نشان می‌دهند. به‌عبارتی‌دیگر سیاست‌هایی همچون هدفمندسازی یارانه‌ها بر بخش مسکونی تاثیر بیشتری داشته است. بررسی تاثیر دمای هوا نیز نشان می‌دهد که با افزایش درجه هوا میزان استفاده از برق در مناطق مسکونی و تجاری اهواز به‌شدت افزایش داشته است. بررسی ضریب تصحیح خطا نشان می‌دهد که قدرت پیش‌بینی و انطباق مصرف‌کنندگان مسکونی نسبت به تجاری در اهواز بیشتر است.

Estimating Short-time and Long-time Effect of Electricity Price Shocks on Ahvaz Residential and Commercial Electricity Demands Based on ARDL

The main goal of this study is investigating and assessing the reaction of residential and commercial electricity towards electricity prices shocks in Ahvaz based on correlative ARDL method from 2002 to 2012. In order to investigate the effect of electricity prices changes, Hodrick–Prescott filter (1980) was applied. The results of estimating demand’s function showed that electricity is assumed as a highelasticity item for residential and commercial consumers in Ahvaz. Besides, comparing residential and commercial prices elasticity show that residential section consumers react more towards electricity shocks prices and commercial section consumers react more towards the prices of electricity prices. In other words, the policies like subsides purposefulness had more effects on residential section. Investigating the effect of temperature also shows that the increase in temperature leads to the increase in consuming electricity in Ahvaz residential and commercial areas. Investigating the error correction coefficient shows that the anticipatory and adaptation power of the residential consumers is more than commercial users in Ahvaz.
