بررسی تاثیر نرخ ارز واقعی(مدل ادواردز) بر سرریز تکنولوژی در ایران

از آنجاکه رفتار نرخ ارز واقعی، از طریق متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی یک کشورتحت تاثیر قرار می‏گیرد، در اقتصاد کشورها شناخت این متغیرها جایگاه ویژه‏ای دارد.از طرف دیگر بررسی سرریزها در تمامی کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و در حال‌توسعه از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار می‌باشد، زیرا رشد و توسعه اقتصاد بدون توجه به سرریزهای تکنولوژی با روندی کند و آهسته مواجه می‌گردد لذا در این مطالعه سعی شده است، ضمن برآورد رفتار نرخ ارز واقعی در ایران ، اثر این متغیر بر سرریزهای تکنولوژی طی دوره زمانی 2013 1995 مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. برآورد رفتار نرخ ارز واقعی با کمک مدل ادواردز از روش ardl انجام شده ؛تا رفتار کوتاه‏مدت و بلندمدت نرخ ارز واقعی تعیین شود . نتایج تخمین نشان داد که اثر کنترل ارز بر نرخ ارز واقعی مثبت بوده و شاخص درجه باز بودن اقتصاد تاثیر منفی بر نرخ ارز واقعی دارد. پس از برآورد نرخ ارز واقعی، اثر این متغیر به عنوان یکی از کانال‏های غیر مستقیم جذب ،بر سرریز تکنولوژی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برآورد و پیش‏بینی این تخمین بر اساس روش ابتکاری الگوریتم ژنتیک انجام پذیرفته است. نتایج حاصل شده بیانگر اثر مثبت نرخ ارز واقعی، مخارج تحقیق و توسعه، واردات حامل دانش، شاخص توسعه‌انسانی و اثر منفی اندازه دولت بر اختراعات ثبت شده یا تولید دانش می‏باشند.

Studying The Real Exchange Rate (Edwards' Model)on Spillovers of Technology in Iran

Since the behavior of real exchange rate is affected by the macroeconomic variables of the country, identifying these variables is very important in each country’s economy. On the other hand, Overflow investigation in all developed and developing countries is important, because of economic growth and development faces with a slow process without attention to technology overflows. Hence, in this study, the estimation of the behavior model of real exchange rate in Iran is studied, in additions, the effect of this variable is also studied on the spillover of Technology in 19952013 .In Edwards’ model, The estimation of model is carried out by using of the ARDL method so that we can determine the short and longterm behavior of real exchange rate. the results were obtained from estimating the real exchange rate pattern (Edwards’) show that exchange controls affect on the real exchange rate positively whereas the degree of openness affects on the real exchange rate negatively. After estimating the real exchange rate, The effect of this variable was studied as an indirect absorption channel on the overflows Technology. Estimation and anticipation this section was performed by ingenious method genetic algorithm. The results were obtained from this study showed, that the effect of real exchange rate, expenditure of research and development, Knowledge including imports, human development index are positive and the effect of Size of Government on patent or application of technology and knowledge is negative.
