چالش های حق برسلامتی زنان مهاجر در پرتو حقوق بین الملل بشر با تاکید بر بحران کرونا

مهاجران با توجه به دسترسی محدود به مراقبت های بهداشتی، عدم امنیت شغلی و وضعیت مهاجرتی نامناسب، از آسیب پذیرترین افراد درگیر در شرایط پاندومی کرونا هستند؛ بنابراین هرگونه اقدام دولت ها باید نیازهای اقشار آسیب پذیر از جمله زنان مهاجر را در برگیرد. بیماری همه گیر کرونا تاثیر عمده ای بر سلامتی این گروه های آسیب پذیر دارد افزایش میزان مهاجرت زنان عامل نگرانی هایی در مورد مسائل امنیتی، بهداشتی و سلامتی شده است که نیاز به بررسی قوانین و سیاست های موجود دارد. از اهداف این نوشتار بررسی حق بر سلامت زنان مهاجر در شرایط بحرانی کرونا با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش اصلی است که آسیب های ناشی از پاندومی کرونا در حوزه حق سلامت چیست؟ در شرایط بحران اپیدمی ،کرونا چه راهکارهایی برای مهار آسیب های ناشی از این بیماری بر حق سلامت زنان مهاجر وجود دارد؟ نتایج یافته ها نشان می دهد هنوز کاستی های زیادی نسبت به حق بر سلامت زنان مهاجر در وضعیت پاندومی کرونا دیده می شود برای کاهش این آسیب ها باید سیاست ها و قوانین مهاجرتی بازتاب نیازهای زنان مهاجر بوده و همکاری در سطوح جامعه بین المللی و ملی برای حمایت از حق بر سلامت زنان مهاجر با تاکید بر پیمان جهانی مهاجرت و دیگر اسناد بین المللی بر حفاظت و تحقق حقوق بشر مهاجران در رابطه با تضمین حق بر سلامت زنان مهاجر صورت گیرد.

challenges to the health of immigrant women in the light of international human rights with emphasis on the covid-19 crisis

immigrants are among the most vulnerable to coronavirus pandemic conditions due to limited access to health care. therefore, any action by governments must address the needs of vulnerable groups, including migrant women. increasing the rate of women’s migration; raises concerns about safety, health, and wellness issues, and makes it inevitable to pay attention to review existing laws and policies. one of the aims of this article is to study the right to health of immigrant women in coronavirus crisis situations with a descriptiveanalytical approach and seeks to answer the main question: what are the harms caused by the corona pandemic in the field of right to health of immigrant women? the results show that there are major challenges to the right to health of migrant women in the coronavirus pandemic. indifference to the feminization of immigration leads to the lack of relevant policies and awareness in the countries of origin and host, and the protection of the rights, safety, and mental health of immigrant women in a difficult crisis. paying attention to the complexities of gender and immigration in programs and policies reduces the health costs of immigrant women. cooperation at the international and national levels by emphasizing the global compact on migration and other international instruments, allocating sufficient resources and empowering migrant women by removing barriers and facilitating access to services can be effective and helpful.
